I found one party who promised he could get it done and sent to me by midnight on the second day after I committed to them, with a 4-digit price-tag. Thankfully, I was guided to the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) where I found Connie. I saw nothing but favorable ratings and filled in her online form at www.conceptappraisals.com She called me within half an hour - appraisal finished next day, half the price of the other offer who had explained how he was "going out of his way for me". Legal pros I dealt with commented this was the fastest and best they'd ever seen. Connie selflessly gave of herself to help my family! Did my family a great service, thank you, thank you Connie!

Working, going to school and being a single mother i was looking for as much support as i could find. They didn't agree with My going to school, they thought I should be doing vocational training instead of getting a degree...that might work for some but education is how I see myself getting out of low income and poverty. My therapist suggested for me to explain to them how I was feeing, something I was afraid to do. I told my care manager who was also the director of joy house that I didn't feel supported or understood and that I felt like i was treated differently to which she replied you dony feel supported because you don't have the same value system as us and you are treated differently because you walk around like your better then everyone else. After a series of events that were blown out of proportion, it was clear to me they didn't want me there, I was kicked out given 5 days to find a new place to live with my one year old a week before Christmas. I called the pastor who owns the house to ask for more time, never got a call back. My dad called twice and never got a call back. I have never in my life felt so judged and put down by a place that is supposed to be uplifting and transforming. I don't see how that is even legal when my rent was paid until the end of the month. The thing I don't understand the most is how they could give a single mother 5 days to find a new place for her and her child when we were staying there due to homelessness in the first place. If you don't fit their mold, they will leave you high and dry. All I can say is that the experience has made me a stronger more driven person.

The director and owner have no business being in this business. Andrea Pizanno is the most…read moreunprofessional 'director' i have ever met. She essentially stole $790 and refuses to reimburse us until the owner decided to chime in with no regard to details. He was pissed he had to reimburse us and terminated my child's care right off the bat. I requested a meeting with him and Andrea prior to this shitshow and she refused outright. When everything was said and done, the owner came charging in that i didn't want to communicate properly when i stated that i want all communications with her recorded since she was so unprofessional. My daughter has been in their care for 1.5 DAYS (yes, days) and she said to just take out my daughter since she was not adjusting well. How does a director not know that an 18 month old won't adjust within a day to a new daycare when she's been home with me her entire life? This daycare is shitshow from orientation. We kept asking for the application and i had to keep calling over and over again for it because she was starting the following monday. No calls and i had no choice but to come in the facility with my toddler hoping that they'll take her in with no application filled. When the director and i were having a disagreement with her professionalism, she told me to take out my daughter if i'm unhappy with her. I told her that it's not like my daughter is going to get abused because i'm having a disagreement with her and she told me 'I DON'T KNOW'. I asked her "you don't know if the kids under your care are getting abused and ones again she said 'i don't know'. THE DIRECTOR WAS FUCKING AROUND WITH MY DAUGHTER'S SAFETY TO GET A KICK OUT OF IT. I hope that to any parents out there who actually like the comfort of their kids being safe, do not settle for this garbage daycare. To the daycare facility, please don't hire someone just because they can speak spanish. The director clearly has no credentials or business being in this type of business.
