Well that list NEVER gets ordered!!! Tried to exchange a bottle of hairspray that was bought 2 days ago from the girl that was there and she flat out refused!!! I didn't have my receipt with me and she absolutely refused to look at my file in the computer to look it up!! What's the point in having a file if they don't do anything with it!!! Whenever looking to buy another container or tube of products that I've been using, they try and insist that the company either discontinued the product or changed the bottles. When infact its a TOTALLY different product!!! It worth your time to drive to the BSO in Burlington or Stoney Creek to avoid going here!!!!!

That is why I am so disappointed with the poor decision that was made by the owner of this store this past Friday when trying to return a can of hair spray that they sold me that was defective. I purchased 4 cans of Shaper hair spray in December that was on sale, good deal and in my household with 3 women I buy in bulk. I got down to the last can and it would not spray I tried everything. It is only a can of hair spray, I like the store, I am a good customer so I didn't think it would be a big deal to get it replaced and purchase a few more cans at the same time. Boy was I wrong, the owner just looked at me with a stupid look on her face when I told her it didn't work and could she please have it replaced. She made excuse after excuse why she could not return it. It was past the return policy date, they didn't carry that type any longer, did I try running the nozzle under hot water, on and on she went. She sounded very foolish. Honestly I am a professional women in my 50s with a family I know a thing or two about a thing or two and I work with clients everyday. I could not believe for a lousy can of hair spray to keep a good customer she would not make a better judgement call as a small business owner. Quite frankly she made herself look and sound very ignorant in front of her staff and customers. If she wanted to check what kind of long time customer I was she could have checked in her register data base. I have had dealings there for years with no issue's even tried to hand me back the can of hair spray. I especially thought was funny and I told her to keep her defective can of hair spray that she sold me and throw it in the back with the others, what was I going to do with it? Even the young lady that worked there told me that it happens all the time and seemed surprised. Needless to say I will never shop or spend my money there again. I went out for dinner last night and told everyone at the dinner my ridiculous experience and will continue to. I returned to the store a few days later, and was helped by Akyan. She placed and order for me. She was very helpful also. I appreciated the courtesy shown by these amazing young women at this establishment.
