They are both amazing at what they do. Lisa is a master w color. She has taken me from light to dark and back again with the patience of a saint, bc I can be very indecisive. As the other review mentioned, she is the best at bayalage and ombré. Antonella gives precision cuts and blow outs and also does great job styling for special occasions. The salon is lovely, quaint and cozy in Lorne Park. I'd follow these women anywhere!

I went to M Salon a few times for root touch up and twice for highlights, it was a comfortable and…read morefriendly atmosphere. The last time I went for highlights, the colorist was working on someone else and left the chemical in my hair too long which I knew because she had a timer on and hit it twice to reset while she worked on the lady next to me. Once my hair was washed, that attendant called over the colorist to check my hair which turned into 3 extra toner applications. Between the first and second application, she tried to talk me into the significantly blond highlights on my dark hair. It was too drastic and I did not like it. The most disappointing part of this experience, was there was no apology for the lengthy appointment or error and I was charged an extra $75 for the additional toner requirement on an already high fee. I have not gone back since and would advise anyone to think twice. It's fine to pay a lot for consistently great service and quality outcomes but this is not the place to count on and they clearly hide their inexperience.

But he continued the cutting and he gave me a short hair at the end. This is totally unacceptable from a so called professional salon. i don't recommend anyone to visit this place even if it's the last salon ope in Mississauga.

I kept showing her picture because she was doing some other hairdo. Yes I have lots hair but it's thin that's why wanted it curled and fullness on top my head. When she was done somehow she kept most hair down and braids on top wher very thin and not nice looking. I told to take it out try again in nicer words. Again I showed her the picture she again left my hair down. I didn't have time as I was going to a wedding I told her it's ok. I didn't have time to argue about my hair style. I just paid for it and a tip. As I don't like confrontation I basically ran home and took my hair down did it myself 110 dollars for a trim basically she didn't even have wash and dry. Worse ever experience I ever had. I would never recommend this person. Sometimes convince doesn't pay.

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she immediately told me of how she would need to alter the cut for my face shape, hair texture and lifestyle (leaving a bit longer length for a quick ponytail should I need it). I was never pushed to buy any products or services, instead I was told very fair compromises (I have a few grey hairs, if I wanted to cover them the TZone offering would be best for me, but only if I was conscious about my colour). What was wonderful too, as I entered and left, all staff (even if busy with other clients) said Hello and Goodbye. -0.5 a point is because the text service is a tad faulty, saying that my appointment had been changed to 2pm, but my appointment was actually for 2pm.
