Then on the day of in the morning I get a call saying the girl who was to be my stylist was sick and she rescheduled me for Wednesday morning. I asked about if I could at least get the cut or the colour and which one called in sick and they just said ohh we changed it to one stylist. I asked if anyone else could see me and they said they were fully booked. I am so disappointed that as a new potential client, referred by a friend that they would do this to me. Not only that they cancelled but that they assumed i would be off work at 9am on a Wednesday. When I said I cannot make it on Wednesday they said they were fully booked the following Saturday as well. Guess they do not need any new clientele.
