One of the salespeople ended up dashing out after helping his customer. I thought it was ridiculous that he wouldn't stay to hep out the long and impatient line that had formed. I was really unimpressed with the sales side of this Edmonton Cellular. I was actually annoyed that I ended up giving the sale to that women who had helped me before. I don't write reviews because I know no one gives a shit but I have to say the one installer I had here actually cared, corrected a problem with the initial installation went above and beyond to fix the problem and totally deserves some credit and a raise. I seriously felt like a customer again and it felt truly strange. No fees, no hidden costs, no up-selling, no bullshit. They came in, fixed it, and I'm now paying for what I signed up for originally. Sad when a company does what it says it's going to do becomes a 5 star review. I'll leave the installers anonymous but they did a great job. Thank you.
