Order online. Get email saying it's ready. Go to pickup and wait 10 mins for the guy to get the order. Then get home to find 2 items missing without being told anything at the store. The receive an email that 2 items were cancelled. Unreal. read more

I go to the store, pick up a Seagate 1tb one touch portable hard drive. I take it home and wonder why I can't download any big games on it. I check task manager and it says, the max amount of storage on this device is 28 gigabytes of storage. Mind you I paid 70$ for this 1tb,1000 gigabyte hdd. You may say well return it, I can't because as soon as you open the product it is unreturnable. Well how in gods name are you supposed to know the product works without plugging it in and finding out like I did. Would not recommend shopping here, support sucks. read more

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to this Staples location; Firstly, understaffed during lunch? You're asking for terrible service. Luckily, there were only 3 people in the store, amd STILL the customer service was terrible - but I will get to that. Secondly, the store was cluttered beyond belief Thirdly, you had products marked down, but not actually on sale and the icing on the cake, and fourthly, the nonexistent customer service; your staff look miserable and make customer feel like they are an inconvenience when asked a question, I'm not sure if they know this or not, but it is their job to smile and answer questions. I visited the store at lunch time (between 12:05-12:30) on 07-12-18. I was welcomed with boxes, upon boxes on school supplies, which were blocking the walkways and literally just piled on top of each other. I came in for Ziplock bags, which were out of stock. The Fuji Instx Mini caught my eye, I've been looking to purchase one for a few weeks now AND it was advertised on sale for $74.97. The wait time in line was about 5+ minutes, as there was only one cashier on and one in the print desk. After getting to my car, I realized the bill seemed a little high, checked the receipt and was charged $91.99 instead of the advertised $74.97. I went back in and there was actually a line this time, and waited over 10 minutes to talk to someone about it. I had the (unfortunate) pleasure of dealing with the guy who was originally in printing who told me it wasn't for this product. Great. Why was it advertised? I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there was no one available. I then asked if there was one coming in today, and he said "yes, after 1pm. They are on a delivery." So I left. I ended up coming back about a half hour later to return the product, as a competitor price matched and gave excellent customer service. I will make the drive to South Common next time I need something specifically from Staples or stick to their online shopping option to avoid Leduc's Staples. read more

I have always been treated well at this store. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you find what you are looking for.

I find this Staples VERY helpful! They seem less busy and that icncludes their copy center! I'm a fan!
