It's more spacious on the inside! --they have CDs, DVDs tshirts, socks, reusable bags, posters, games, books and more! We happened upon this place while exploring downtown Syracuse on foot, and it's super cool!

Fun music shop in armory square - lots to offer other than music as well. Funny gifts, T-shirt's, posters , vinyl, DVDs ... the list goes on- gear place to poke around looking for just the right gift for your favorite ________.

I think there is a Black Hole Sun inside

If your nickname is Black Hole Sun, won't you come, and check out this store with me? This is a really cute Independent Record Store in downtown Syracuse. Right in the middle of that huge circle which has so much character, as well as the Museum here. These kinds of places are disappearing so we always try to support them even if they cost a little bit more than buying music online. You should check it out. Experience how we used to live when we were kids. Spending all our times in dusty record shops like this one. Sifting through all of the old second hand stuff looking for magical music. Paying next to nothing for stuff (not the case anymore). Charity shops are still a great place to do that, but if you get your music there, then what happens to places like this? They turn into Velvet Revolver, is what. Or Audioslave. And then sink Like A Stone. Anyway, to be yourself is all that you can do. RIP Chris.

Very cool place! A large variety of vinyl records (old school and new school) and a lot of novelty items like magnets, socks, posters, candles, incense, apparel, etc. we had a lot of fun looking around and I could've spent a ton of money on random, fun items. Don't expect to be greeted upon entering, the folks behind the counter are just doing their own thing which is cool. They leave you alone to browse, which I prefer.

I have been looking for a good record shop in my area since I moved to Oneida in October. I went…read morehere for the first time today and I've got to say that I am impressed. I have been keeping up with their Facebook page, where they post new items regularly. Yesterday I saw a Brian Eno LP I have had my eye on and I knew that I was finally gunna stop in. I asked if they could hold it for me until the next day and they said yes, no problem--very accommodating! I stopped in and they had my record for me. I talked with Michelle and she is very friendly and welcoming! Scott was kind as well. I looked around and found some awesome stuff--Boards Of Canada's "Geogaddi" 3LP and a cassette tape of Melissa Etheridge's "Yes I Am" as well. The prices were awesome, and she gave me a discount too which was so kind. I will definitely be coming back!

The owner of Reimagine Records is one of those who understands your musichead quirks and has equally obscure music facts in his head...along with a very good array of music in his shoppe. If you like bands like Marillion or Gentle Giant or even the Shins, he knows about them and can speak intelligently about them. Places like Utica and area can support these businesses because the rent is much more reasonable, and gives these indy shoppes a chance. Fairly priced and a good vibe here...support these folks. One of the ultimate used record Shoppes in the Northeast that I have been to.

Other than K-pop cds and merchandise, they have lots of interesting snacks and cereals. They had Japanese Kit Kats that were around $20 for a bag. They have lots of kawaii plush dolls, Sanrio items, sushi shaped pillows, sushi-shaped candy, CDs, DVDs, video games, and much more. This is definitely a great place to go when looking for gifts for young adults or kids. There is definitely something here for everyone. It's also a great spot to check out all them Funko Pop figurines. They even have mini versions.

I didn't end up buying anything, but my sister got some Christmas gifts. The video games were all pretty pricey, but they may have just been normal prices for video games. They have used ones available for lower prices, but I would also check the Gamestop in the center of the mall because they seemed to have lower prices for a few things. They also have a large selection of posters at the back of the store, as well as those tongue-in-cheek t-shirts that are popular with dudes. The girl who checked us out was really nice and friendly.

(Don't tell me that 1998 was 26 years ago, I don't want to hear it, and that's before most of the likely customer were even born.) Speak up about what you're finding and you'll have a great conversation about records that are in the store's bins, what's in your collection and what's in theirs.
