I don't know if it's because we went right before closing but there were 3 tables of people already waiting inside. We ordered the regular size Mango Heaven and split it. I wanted to eat it there but since we went 15 min before closing, we were told it's to-go only. We weren't told that it was an extra $1.50 to get it to-go and I don't think it's fair to charge that if I didn't have an option, but I paid it. It also took about 30 mins to get our bowl but that was expected with the tables ahead of us. The bingsu itself was better than I could've expected and I'd love to go back and try their other options!

I split the small Mango Heaven with my daughter (which was actually fairly large in size) and it was DELICIOUS! If you are a mango fan, you will be especially pleased with the fresh mangoes. We also appreciated that the side of mango puree and sweetened condensed milk allowed us to control the sweetness level. Each ingredient worked well together and provided both a refreshing and perfectly sweetened dessert. We ordered it to go and were provided an insulated bag ($1) that kept the bingsu nice and cold, with no melting after a 19 minute drive home. Cafe Daldal is located inside 1-800 Flowers, next to Red Robin with plenty of seating inside. Can't wait for our next visit!

I'm talking about the natural flavors and not the artificial flavors. They do take their time because they are well made. I went on Friday and got the mango lime mix raspado and it was delicious. If you're new to Visalia I recommend you give them a try and get natural flavored raspados.

And the staff was very kind and service oriented. Ordered the bananas, plat with strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, ice cream, Period. It was very rich and creamy. So I'm assuming that they are using quality ice cream for their business. I definitely indulged. And I also had a Mexican shaved ice treat called a raspado de leche quemada con nuez. This was creamy, rich in flavor, and the use of real walnuts played extremely well with flavors of the leche quemada. This place is 10 out of 10 on the flavor scale! The differences in texture (cheetos do get soggy quick), the differences in spice depending on the amount of cheetos you get and the umptiousness of salt with each bite was amazing. Wish I had added the pork rinds, I think it would've taken it to a whole new level. The fruit was good too. A good mixture of different fruits in it. It tasted great. And was refreshing. The large is so big it lasted me about 2 days. I don't know whether I was hungry or I had an easy night at work that night but I really enjoyed this food truck. I love the variety. Wish they had more protein items on their menu like quesadillas, tacos, burritos, etc. But overall it's a great food truck that does fruit and corn the right way, and I will be by again next time they visit the hospital!!
