I drove back to my workplace, looked at my computer, and it said I had indeed placed my order at the address of this Tropical Smoothie cafe, 1513 North Parham road. I returned to the cafe, but as I was talking to the server another online order came in. Apparently that took precedence over my order, and she asked me to wait. Very unprofessional demeanor.
