I bought a water pipe and emailed them the same day asking about a return (unused). I was told it would be fine. Cool, no problem. Then I show up to the store a couple days later and suddenly there's a strict 24-hour return policy that nobody mentioned when I bought it, and apparently doesn't matter what their own staff already told me. At that point, it's just "too bad." So let's break that down: * They told me yes to a return * Failed to clearly communicate their actual policy * Then hid behind that policy when it was convenient That's not just bad service--that's misleading. It gets better. When I followed up, instead of owning the mistake, they asked me to explain why I couldn't use the product... like that somehow justifies giving customers incorrect information in the first place. No accountability. No effort to fix it. Just attitude. If a business can't honor what they tell you and won't make it right when they're clearly in the wrong, that tells you everything you need to know. Plenty of other smoke shops in Amarillo--go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

The sandwich had so much meat in it I took half of it out before I ate the sandwich and took the rest home to make a sandwich for lunch the next day. The meat wasn't real juicy but it was very tender and had good flavor. The barbecue sauce was pretty good too for being grocery store fare.
