To start off i absolutely love this place but was there the other day before my bday and got some stuff i was told to come back again tomorrow on my bday for a discount and then my points off he said i would get a great deal so i was stoked so came back the next day and got some things well as i tell the guy with the long hair and tye dye pants who is at the register i was told 20% for bday and then my points off he said he could do 10% but i guess someone walked by and said its 20% to him and as i asked to put in my number for rewards he got an attitude and said well im not gonna do both i expressed the only reason i came in was because the guy the day before told me i was gonna get these discounts for my bday and then my own rewards he said this is the only time he would ever do that i just dont understand how he could be in such a bad mood when everyone around him there was in a good mood i love this place i plan on going back but if he is there will probably just walk back out or ask for someone else to assist me read more

Well first off I just bought a vape from there and I put the coil in and wishing a couple of minutes the vape was leaking from the juice I put in it, so I took it back and they fixed it said it was a bad coil... well they fixed it, then the extra coil I had in my box, I had to change it because my vape was leaking again, and it's still leaking.. come on i literally wasted money, I'm not gonna keep buying coils one right after the other... I live in Houston so there is a vape shop on almost every corner. Some stand out and are pretty decent most though are completely ignorant to the industry. The same cannot be said for Green Gorilla. They are without a doubt the best vape shop i have been to, period. They have the most incredible customer service. They dont try to sell you the most expensive products, they make an effort to go the extra mile to make sure you walk out the door with a smile and no buyers remorse. Becky is awesome. Out of all the types of liquids they have (which is more premium variety than anywhere else either) all you do is tell her what flavor profile you like and she can get you a liquid that is exactly what you were searching for. She really knows what she is doing and if you need help with a build, she can do that too. I came in and was gonna her rebuild a coil for me which would have cost 10 bucks but she looked at it and said " i can do a rebuild if you want but im not going to because your coil is just dirty" so she cleaned it and showed me how to take care of it and saved me the ten bucks. That to me is the epitome of customer service. I look forward each time i come up to amarillo going to green gorilla. i Used to buy all my vape supplies from here, the last 6 months, they have sold me the wrong coils when I specifically asked for super mesh, didn't give me a receipt, then today I asked for "frosted amber" juice and they gave me "blend no. 1" they we're out of frosted amber about a week ago. I think they are just selling whatever they can to stay in business or make the sale. I will not return to this store again. I've given them many chances and they've gotten $60 out of me the last month, with nothing to show for it. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. read more

Update September 6, 2016: Went in again recently, it was horrible! I was made to feel rushed, my questions weren't answered, the staff that was there didn't seem knowledgeable on the mods, and it was just a bad experience. This has happened a few times since I posted my original review. Too bad, they did have a good strawberry starburst clone! Won't be back. Original: I have been in quite a few times, the staff is very friendly and know about the product. My only complaint is that it is also a smoke shop (pipe tobacco accessories and whatnot). I understand, using a vaporizer and buying liquid, it seems to be pretty common. The prices are competitive and have been willing to price match me on new pens. Their liquid is good stuff. If I could give negative stars I would! EXTREMELY POOR customer service more than one occasion. I think it actually got even worse since the quarantine. Usually decent to good quality products just the whole staff was NEVER taught quality customer service AND IT SHOWS. Well, I just spent about 30 minutes writing a review and somehow they were able to kick me off their site. Long story short I have a disease that affects my bones and nerves. I'm in constant pain and was able to get off of pain pills by using Kratom that I found in Denver. I recently moved down to Amarillo Texas from Denver. They allowed me 10 capsules at .5 mg of peace to try their product. There's a very small amount when you're used to about an ounce a day. They told me there was no exceptions that they only did that amount for free one time. However two other times with two different employees besides Alex I was giving free samples to try their product. I spent over $400 in this shot as soon as I move down here and never found anything that compared to what I was paying $120 a kilo for in Denver. Their product doesn't work and they're using and marketing colors that Kratom doesn't even come in. Their product is fake and their product does not work. When I went back in there to try another strand Alex, who claims to be the owner, stated that he would not give me any other samples. I think truly it's because he knows it doesn't work. They say that they sell a ton of it but they will not sell it and bulk. One person says they won't sell it in bulk cuz they don't make enough off of it and the other person says they sell them both cuz they don't sell enough of it. Their product again is fake. Horrible customer service. I purchased a Smok mod from them in October and the battery pack keeps falling out, I went in and asked if they could fix it or replace it and the guy behind the counter tells me "oh yeah, this is a known problem." Funny he didn't tell me that when I was asking if it was a good purchase and then proceeds to tell me I'll have to contact the company to get it fixed but it'd probably be months before I get it back. I contacted the distributor and they said they have a 6 month in store return warranty. Back to Green Gorilla I go only to be told "No hun, we don't honor that. 2 weeks only. You can let them know we don't follow that policy" (When I asked him to stop calling me hun and informed him of my name his response was "If you want to get an attitude I can get one too") Horrible customer service. I travel from out of town to go here and spend no less than $100 every time I go in there and they were unwilling to help me in any way. They have officially lost my business while 806 Vapes has gained a customer because they attempted to fix my MOD even though I didn't even purchase it there. They also have a 90 day return policy where they will deal with company returns AND the MOD I bought was 30$ cheaper at their store. So, before you waste your time and money at this store I suggest you head over to 806 Vapes where the customers come first. read more

I went in yesterday to purchase a new vape. Blake was helpful and friendly. He helped me set up the vape and told me if I have any problems there is a 14 day guarantee so just bring my receipt and they will make it right. The next day the vape was a gurgling and spitting the fluid. I took it in and asked what the problem could be he acted frustrated that had come back but he messed around with it trying to see what the problem could be. It still gurgled loudly and spit the nicotine fluid all out of the top. I let him know I was not happy with that and I wanted to exchange it for something else. He said "oh, no that's a manufacturer issue and we don't warranty that". I said are you serious? He said "yep" and he literally turned and walked away leaving me standing at the counter. I was absolutely stunned at the lack of customer service! I will never spend another dime in this place! What a waste of time and money! Be very careful doing business here, they apparently have restrictions on the "14 day guarantee" on top of very very rude poor customer service. read more
