I scheduled an appointment using the online system they sent me, showed up on time, and then sat in an empty office for 10 minutes with no one in sight. No greeting, no update, nothing. I finally gave up, drove next door, and got helped immediately as a walk-in. If their own appointment system doesn't matter to them, it definitely doesn't matter to me. Not coming back. read more

I was in a rush to smog my vehicle that weekend and like the majority of people I work Monday-Friday and didn't want to take time off to smog the truck. The Smog Shop was the only shop in the area open on SUNDAY! The Tech scheduled me appt for Sunday when I called on Saturday. Smog went smooth and the Tech was very personable.
