Dear Dr. Albani, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and professionalism you and your team provided during my recent gum surgery. Addressing this matter was an important health step for me, and I am truly grateful for the precision, attentiveness, and calm reassurance shown throughout the process. Your clear communication and steady approach made a meaningful difference during what could have been a stressful experience. Please also extend my thanks to Alexis for his support and professionalism - his assistance and reassuring manner were genuinely appreciated. Thank you for helping me resolve an important health concern with such competence and care. Respectfully, Helena Plaskon read more

I've been coming here for years and the only thing that keeps me coming is the actual dentist and hygienist. The staff needs to be revamped & re-evaluated they are nasty all the time over the phone but once in the office it's like all of a sudden they have some form of customer service skills. I see exactly why the rating is so low. I think I've had enough of this treatment. read more

If I can give you guys zero star would be greattt!!! Don't have no king of empathy but you get there and have to wait for them1 hr or more but if you running late they want to reschedule you for another 2 month or who's know when !! Get it together make me waste my time today thanks read more

Corporate corporate corporate. I have enjoyed the staff but NO ONE returns phone calls regarding dental emergencies. After waiting 5 days to be seen for a crown that came out last week. It failed the next day as well as a second crown. I cannot get a return call and their text service is truly non-plussed after a day with no replies from the office. Here is their own response: "We have notified multiple resources with urgent messages. They will get back to you as soon as possible." It's the second day. Crickets. read more

I used to like it here but then the dr I like got transferred... There used to be a really good doctor here but unfortunately he was transferred and the dr I ended up with pulled a very infected tooth and didn't give me antibiotics until today..I got it pulled last Thursday ....was flat in bed all weekend with a red cheek and fever of 102...when asked why he didn't put me On antibiotics in the first place well it wasn't that bad...not that bad? My tooth had two puss bubbles grown onto the sides of it when pulled... PS the staff here is fine except him I can't remember his name but if you come here and what appears to be a twelve year old walks in that's him and I would avoid it...there's other doctors here but unless you want to be flat in bed for a few days with an infection that could have been prevented I would advise you to go elsewhere read more

super amazing!!! I 100% recommend coming here I got a cavity removed and filled and they were super quick!! They are super kind and caring.

This was the worst dental office. It's a franchise. I don't know who the owner is but they don't have a professional front desk. The Dr Sent a request for a partial to my insurance but she wrote the wrong teeth. It was lower left. She requested upper right. First problem. I called the office 5 times and the last time I was very angry as they hung up on me 4 times before. The office manager hung up on me also. I have reported them and will make it my business to warn patients. read more

My first experience with Dr. Zhang was more than pleasant. She was wonderful and really did a great job on my teeth. My hygienist Noel did an awesome job on my cleaning, I have very sensitive teeth and Noel really took that into consideration and made the cleaning a comfortable experience. I recommend Dr. Zhang and the hygienist Noel, they are awesome! read more

Arrived as a new patient with Delta Dental Premium Plus top dental coverage in Sri-state area.. Immediate upon arrival-- needed a copay higher-- when quoted covered fully on phone. I paid the $38. While in chair for a routine cleaning announced "you have gum disease" based on gum depth exam.. while still in chair- came back with bill and a pen for signature for a "deep cleaning" procedure billing my insurance $1,724.00. I rejected and refused. Dr Leary then cam in and said I had a minor crack in my tooth due to the "stress of covid-- he sees a lot of tooth cracking" and wanted to do a filling. When I inquired if it is covered by insurance he left room to check. Again, had billing girl come and ask for a signature being told would cost me about $60 after insurance. I refused. She left. Dr. never even had courtesy to come back! Left ,me in the chair! They sent someone to clean around me. I literally asked "Am I all done??" I got up to leave. By time I was home they already sent me confirmation of my next scheduled appt in November! I never booked a second appointment! I called and they claimed to cancel it. This place is an insurance art scam. When I asked if Doctor Leary will take what insurance offers, I was told-- "this place is corporate so we can't adjust prices". Stay away from this place and be careful when they hand you a pen in the chair and ask for initials and signatures. I am not in CA. Not sure why yelp says that. EDIT: update. also tried to charge me 4 times for code D4921 by provider HYG Cassidy technician for "gingival irrigation per quadrant"-- not at all covered by insurance - fully payable at $30 per pop by patient! When asked I was told "we pour some medicine in there to clean it"" -- lol I called delta dental and it means they rinse out your gum line and its part of D4341 Periodontal scale and root procedure that's why insurance won't pay out. Its a money maker for Doctor and technician. read more

I would give 0 starts if that was the option. The new management sucks. I have not been a patient for over 6 years and all of the sudden I started receiving bills which I found out were for family members that weren't even blood related to me. Called many times and no one cares to fix it. Basically they are a scam clinic.BE CAREFUL PEOPLE, GOAST BILL CAN APPEAR ALL OF THE SUDDEN IN YOUR DOOR They must be very desperate to go hunting from years ago read more

This place is the best! I have lived in many cities and been to a lot of Dental offices but I have to say this one was the all time best experience, from the friendly and polite front desk staff. The wait time was very short. The dental hygienists came in and she explained what she does then told me the dentist would be in after. They are very knowledgeable and they show and explained everything to me from my procedures to how my insurance work. Too bad they don't do pediatrics read more

The secretaries are very disrespectful. They always switch your appointment time when they want, this has already happened 2 times in a row. read more

This is the closest place my insurance covers so I have no other choice but to come here. The staff here are very unprofessional with their patients. Nicole (a receptionist) yelled at me through the door because I asked a simple question. The manager herself had to come and apologize for her behavior. They should take more time in the hiring process to know the type of people that will be representing them. I am a business owner myself and that was just disgusting behavior. If I could, I would never return. read more
