I'm not happy with the service I received here. I went in for Invisalign. The original treatment didn't work so I had to buy another 5 trays $$$. Then I get my retainers which were expensive. They broke 3 different times in a couple years. The retainers are cheaply made. Made to break so they get money. Each time you pay between $200-$450. I wore my retainers everyday just to find out my teeth moved. I was in here for a broken retainer in December of 2023 and the dentist told me there was no movement in my teeth. I went in today 4/1/2024 and my teeth have moved significantly. I have spent thousands just to have my teeth move. I'm so disgusted. I found out today there were other options never explained to me. I don' recommend. Now I have to find another orthodontist to help me. They have several complaints filed against them on the Better Business Bureau. read more

Horrible. I'm not happy with the service I received here. They charge you for everything. First I pay $3,000 for the treatment after 2 years they told me they need to stop the treatment because the 2 year timing was up, which I never paid for timing I paid for the entire treatment.Then I needed to pay 350 extra for my daughter permanently retainer. I come back to fix it in less that 5 months because Half of the retainer fell and they started asking me to pay $350 just fix the glue that they put on wrong or to even take it off I still had to pay . I am regretting choosing this practice for care of my daughter. Office manager is rude and unprofessional; they are wildly unorganized and are unable to keep up with their patients and their own office procedures. Daughter's appt rescheduled by office since the next set of trays were not delivered in time. Was advised they would call to pick up if they came in sooner. On today's date, 12/27 at 12:15pm, I received a message from their office advising we could "stop by to pick up the trays any time today". Upon arrival and check in, daughter was sent to back room and made to wait to be seen. 5 patients were seen and dismissed in the time she sat waiting, which was close to 45 minutes. She was not offered an approximate timeframe that she would need to continue to wait to be seen and was advised that all of the patients had appointments and would be seen first. When my husband asked the office manager to assist, she claimed ignorance when it came to "not knowing about what we were told because she doesn't have the voicemail". They left, as the manager was rude and unwilling to assist him or resolve the situation so my daughter could be seen. After hearing this situation, I called the office directly to discuss with the manager to allow her an opportunity to rectify the matter, and before my call was answered, the auto-system advised that "your daughter has an appointment on tuesday 12/27/22 at 11am." When I questioned the manager why she wasn't checked and seen she again told me she had no idea what was left on our voicemail and she asked her staff to call and schedule the appropriate appointment. She is refusing to take accountability her staff and how we are treated as a patient of her practice. She kept skirting taking responsibility and would not offer any solution. We do not have our next set of aligners, they are refusing to provide without "seeing a doctor" but there is no reason, as they will not be changing if there is a problem. There has been zero accountability taken by this office and they have too many areas that do not talk to each other. For the amount of money they charge, the level of service should be much, much better. read more

Again, the office set up another zoom call for today, 11/02 and for the third time I had to re-arrange my schedule to be available at 5:30pm which never happened. They'd sent two text messages/email confirming the appointment that I would expect an email with a link to join, of course, NO email and NO link sent!! The Regional Manager, Denise called this afternoon and at that time, I was at work and unable to talk so, she said she would call at 5:00pm to discuss a resolution, NO call. Stay away!!!!! They not back up their product! My daughter's PERMANENT RETAINER broke within 9 months. I still had to pay for a new retainer even though it is a PERMANENT Retainer. I had to pay for it , in FULL I could even speak to a manager. Who of course was not available. My child's welfare is important but this was a ripoff Be careful . I came in here May 2015 with my teeth all crooked, at first I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with having braces in my mouth, but I took that major step in my life to straighten out my teeth and here we are a year and a half later and my teeth are straight. Dr. John Castronova and his staff are wonderful and very detailed with their work. They treat their patients with respect, care and make the process of putting on braces and wires easy. They explain the process of maintaining your braces on a daily basis . I recommend this place to anyone that needs braces or Invisalign. This was the best money I ever spent. Horrible experience! They called me on January 7th, 2020 to cancel my 10am appointment on January 20th, 2020 because my trays didn't arrive yet. Fast forward to January 10th, 2020 my trays arrive and I try to get my original appointment time back, they schedule me for 2pm on the 20th. Today is January 20th, 1:45pm I get a call about my appointment to reschedule as I'm already on my way there. I arrive turns out they made a mistake scheduling and scheduled me during their lunch break so the office manager Martina Z then tries to tell me I was wrong and it was 1pm and gives me attitude while making faces while talking. Very disrespectful and her tone was very rude as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! I wouldn't recommend this office location to anyone !!! Please think twice before going here!! read more

They could of told me the fucking price over the phone. I wasted gas and time today in 90 degrees weather only to be told the price. No one examined me. If they would of took X-rays, tell me what's best and then told me the price like any other dentist office, I would have no problem with that. The only reason I come here is for the doctor, he is really sharp and a good. However, be prepared for long waits, and zero appointment times. They are unable to accommodate evening and morning appointments. You must be extremely careful with paperwork, I came in for Invisalign, and the paper stated metal braces. Thankfully I caught it or the course of treatment would have been much different. Again, the waits are just ridiculous, expect a minimum of 45 minutes of waiting. read more

Run away from this factory! When I met for my initial consultant, I was informed that invisalign would work nicely for me. Not only would it be just as effective as traditional braces but more cosmetically appealling. Like others there, this person didn't stay long. So after having paid more than 2x for the invisalign I learned from a couple other dentists that invisalign was never capable of the heavy lift my teeth needed. While adult ortho is still more involved, multiple opinions have told that I would have still produced a better result with metal braces..so I basically paid 2k more for less results. read more

Came here back in February 2015 at the age of 27 to get braces for the first time. The staff was extremely helpful and advised me what would be best for my teeth. I went in expecting to get the clear braces but ended up with the metal ones. Now I can say I absolutely believe that was the best choice and the payments were super affordable. The wait on my appointment date never exceeded 15 min. I would absolutely recommend especially if you're on a budget! read more

Do not get braces with this people, I'm warning you do not... They did a terrible job overall. I'm going to start by saying that they have no idea of what customer service means. Every time I had an appointment I would get to the office and wait for at least an hour because they don't know how to schedule, and if I tried to complain they would come up with some lame excuse about how they were so busy but would continue to make the same mistake every time. After I finished my treatment they placed permanent retainers on my lower teeth and said that if anything broke I could go back and fix it because it was already included with what I paid. Long story short my retainer was broken less then a month after and when I went back to fix it they said it would be 300 dollars... I fixed it once but my retainer broke once again. My smile was almost perfect before I started the treatment and the only reason why I got the braces in the first place was to fix my the gap between my lower teeth, which now looks exactly the same as before the braces. The only solution the offered was to redo the treatment on the lower teeth and of course make make more money, while reassuring me that there is no guarantee that the gap is going to stay closed. This place is terrible, horrible costumer service, inexperienced doctors fresh out of college that keep getting changed every 3 months, and all they care about is making money out of people without even caring about the service the provide and the people that allow them to make a living and stay in business... The people in front are horrible they got horrible attitude the manger is just something else so rude she's like a young Indian girl. All my molar teeth didn't get fix I got my braces taken off within 1 year and than than 5months. Since I have retainers now, since day 1 they saw that it didn't fit me well but told me it was alright which it isn't cause now they retainer where my molar is , the retainer is like falling apart (from the back) I called and they told me I have to pay $250 but I didn't even lose them, the thing is that it doesn't fit me good and it's breaking and the retainers hasn't made a year yet and in the contract it said they would charge me for only Making them.
