Instead of scheduling the rhinoplasty , we tried dermal fillers for my nose also called non surgical rhinoplasty. He wanted to do this approach first to see what exactly it is that I'm looking for. I was extremely happy with the results. I've hated my nose all my life and therefore have avoided taking pictures and was very insecure about it. Instead of doing something permanent he was honest and could've just said "yea let's do it" and take my money and not care what I ended up looking like. I quickly got the feeling that Dr. Smith both knows a LOT about facial structure and has some aesthetic sense, so I was willing to go for something a little more involved than I'd normally be: 7 syringes of Bellafill in temples and under eye. Despite popping Arnicas for 2 days prior, I swelled up unrecognizable after the 2nd treatment (3 syringes). The 4 photos left to right are: before, immediately after, 36 hours after, and 6 days after. So obviously if you get a few syringes of filler, maybe don't schedule an appearance that week, and don't freak out if you swell up like I did. (From what I can gather, I'm in a minority of people who swell up this badly.) Dr. Smith knows that he's doing and I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Waco.

They obviously do not care about the care of their patients and patients have no priority. I have called everyday for a week trying to get my medical record sent to my new OB & one lady tells me they were sent, an hour later she tells me they weren't sent. They do not accommodate schedules at all, and are very rude when trying to set up appointments on days that work best for you. The front desk lady is highly disrespectful, and is no help at all. She has no social or customer service skills. I'm disgusted in the way they treat their patients.
