He pierced one ear, and then the next. Realized the second ear didn't look right, so he took it out and redid it. She checked the final product, and it was not balanced. He went back and redid the first ear. I went next and explained I wanted a helix that would work with my other piercings. I laid down and then suddenly there was a needle in my ear. He did not confirm placement with me and that was not the spot I had pointed to on my ear. I could have been more direct, but I also have never just experience a hole put in my ear without explicit consent. It just felt so violating. We DID NOT get a choice on jewelry, which has never happened before. It was almost like he knew best. Why would a man know what two grown women would want in their bodies? I just said I liked it so we could leave. I did not want to have him redo anything since I just watch my friend get poked more times than necessary. I also felt like I had no power to do or say anything because my choice was not really considered. I sat in my car 20 minutes before walking back in and telling the front desk what happened. She was sympathetic, and said she would bring it to the attention of the owners. She made me feel better. I just didn't ask for a refund nor was offered. I left with the product, and it was just an overall awkward thing to happen. I just feel icky about it. I would not go back to him. The female piercer seemed very nice, so I don't want to scare anyone off from her. I'm just puzzled as to why all of the normal processes were skipped over and a hole was put into my body. The customer experience is important, and the years of experience the professional may have should not excuse a rushed and uncomfortable experience. I legit took it out in the car because I could not look at it any longer. The placement was weird with where my ear fold is especially with the large stud interrupting the natural line. It's legit larger than anything else I had in my ears. I would say if they didn't have anything smaller, he could have told me, but I never got the choice.

Instead of scheduling the rhinoplasty , we tried dermal fillers for my nose also called non surgical rhinoplasty. He wanted to do this approach first to see what exactly it is that I'm looking for. I was extremely happy with the results. I've hated my nose all my life and therefore have avoided taking pictures and was very insecure about it. Instead of doing something permanent he was honest and could've just said "yea let's do it" and take my money and not care what I ended up looking like. I mentioned about tanning spray I had and they told me it's fine as long as I wash it away , ok , the appointment has been scheduled, next day administrator texted me it should be 2 weeks post my last tanning spray session and we can reschedule you , I was concerned about the prices going up because they have special for March and April , she said me don't worry about that I still have all April ahead to purchase the package for this price. Later on when tan spray was completely washed off and faded I decided to finally make an appointment , so the technician told me it's fine as long as tan is gone , administrator though was insisting on 2 weeks post tan thing, I was completely confused and disoriented, but I still was happy i am going to do laser since I got all the deadlines and I could relax . But it was just a beginning of all the mess that this place created for me , the owner of the holos texted me with the new prices I didn't expect and that everything supposed to be payed upfront ( before their administrator again , told me complete different information ) prices are doubled from what I heard before , and she apologised for misinformation, I kindly asked if I still could do at least 1 procedure since it's not but her stuffs fault , she refuses to do so , I texted no thank and said that their customer service is below 0 , she didn't even reply me . Exactly what I needed. While at my second appointment I decided to try the vitamin B12 injection and will say I did feel a difference. I'm not sure if it's the vitamin B12 or a combination of both medications that has helped me tremendously. I have energy and have lost weight. I feel so happy and truly grateful to the team there that has helped me along my way to looking and feeling good inside and out. My energy levels have increased. I had Covid and that affected me badly and worth the vitamin B12 shots and the other weight loss medication I have energy and feel happier. I also recently started taking my daughter to get vitamin B12 injection since she has POTS. She said she did feel better and isn't sluggish, exhausted and no headache.
