I scheduled a 3 hour cleaning with this company and told them that the priorities were to wash floors and bathrooms, and if they had any more time to wash the stove. When I returned, the floors seemed clean, but when I went over them with a paper towel they were very dirty! The bathrooms were clean, and the stove was not clean ( presumably because they ran out of time...) I called and complained. They texted me 2 days later to let me know that I did not complain within the given time period and that they wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. I do not recommend this service! read more

I have never been more uncomfortable or upset with a business. I just want it to be over. These people gave me a quote for a deep clean and a regular. Deep is 9-12 hrs. They left after less than 5. When I checked the house it was dirty and dusty. I have many photos. I also gave them specific cleaners to use because my disgusted and I have allergies. When I came up, the entire house smelled and gave us bad headaches. The bottles I provided were full to the brim, unused. They admitted they made a mistake in writing (texts) and wanted to come back. I said I didn't have time I work a full time job and can't accommodate. I offered to pay for the amount of the regular clean they quoted and for the time they were here even though there was dirt, dust, and they admitted things weren't done. They said my only option is for them to come back to my home and for me to pay them the full deep clean price even though they said it was not done. I said I am not comfortable. They read my texts and don't respond. I just want to pay for the time they were here and move on but they won't end it. Their site doesn't work and no one answers their main number. What was supposed to be something special I've saved up and waited for is now a never ending nightmare that made me feel sick, too. read more

I used this service for close to a year. Hartford Insurance was their insurance company. Initially I had a heavy cleaning done. There were five employees. All imperfections and damages through out the cleaning were called to my attention. The work was supervised by their general manager Talita Rocha. The cleaning service was fine until they damaged a section of hardwood flooring and a decorative mirror encased within a wainscotting frame secured to the wall. It took approximately 6 months and repeated calls for the damage to be addressed. The excuses were numerous, contractors to access the damages were not available, the estimates were pending, the insurance agent cancelled his scheduled visits. Didn't I get the forms he never sent. Repeatedly told it was a process. I needed to be patient. The contractor to assess the damaged mirror never came; told I could call my own contractor. The insurance agent never came. After 3 more calls to Talita, he called & asked me to send photos. He said the mirror wasn't damaged. He refused to come to the house to view the damage. He said the women denied damaging it. Which women I wouldn't know. It was rare to have the same women more than once.The flooring damage was minimal in his opinion. I wouldn't be satisfied with the repair anyway. It was apparent no matter what I said the answer, it was going to be a losing battle. All in all a disappointing experience. I can not in good conscience recommend this company. And if you do, home video cameras would be in your best interest. The estimate to replace the mirror is $800+. To have the flooring repaired as their contractor recommended would necessitate all the flooring be redone as it is contiguous throughout. It would also necessitate moving and storing the furnishings throughout and finding shelter. Their estimate for this was not shared with me. It would be an enormous undertaking and inconvenience for me since I am now 82 y/o. I have to say customer satisfaction is not their priority. read more

Well I was originally happy with this cleaning service was using them about twice a month. The girls did do a good job but i began traveling a lot for work and working long days on road so I was unable to be home long enough to have the girls come over to clean. Also I had health challenges arise where texting about appts was not my priority. My health was. Well when I texted the owner Claudia to set up an appointment seeing if she could fit me in. I would have understood if she couldn't especially on last minute but her response was so completely unprofessional, I will no longer be using her services in future. In my opinion cleaning services are a luxury not a necessity. And being in the service industry myself I would never send a client this type of response. I I will include screen shots of the text!
