In December I purchased a 1-hour massage through Groupon and when looking to book an appointment,…read morethe first available date I was able to book was on 01/18. I was looking forward to this because I haven't had a massage in over 2 years and was long overdue. I got to my appointment a few minutes early and was greeted by Amber who is the owner and was super friendly. She asked what I was looking for in my massage and informed her everywhere especially my left should area. I ruptured this muscle over 10 years ago and hasn't been the same so anyone who does my massages I give a heads up of the tightness in this area. The moment you walk into the room for your massage it was right away a very calming setting. The music, the lighting to the scented room was very chill. Amber informed me about the warming massage table which came in handy on cold days especially recently. I did request if it can be cooled a little because I was starting to get warm before the massage started lol. The headrest was super comfy compared to other ones I've came across and Amber put this scented oil on the cover and had you breath in and wish I asked what that scent was because it was sheer heaven! The body oil used smelled just as fabulous as the oil on the headrest. She did her magic from top to bottom. Because of the work she did on the shoulder area, she placed a hot towel across my shoulders & back and was great and soothing. After I turned to lay on my back, she placed this cloth with the same oil that was used for the head rest across my eyes and a hot towel under my neck that felt really good. Amber let you rest for about 5 minutes before getting dressed and offered a little goodie to take in the look like a hot beverage or a bottle water. I was SO relaxed that when I went on my phone to give her a tip for the great work she did, I couldn't find the app so she offered me to scan in a QR code lol. I would definitely would recommend her to friends and family and she's also a hugger :).

It would be nice if something came up that she couldn't make it to give me a call, but I took the morning off for no reason apparently. Don't think I'll be rebooking anytime soon.

Went to get a craniosacral massage with Michelle. I'm very…read morefamiliar with the procedure, and have had some weird "therapists" in the past claiming to do cranial sacral while just being weird instead. Thankfully, I have finally found a legit therapist in Milwaukee! I can't say that all my aches and pains are gone after just one session, but I've purchased several more and look forward to getting my body adjusted. Michelle is chatty and friendly at the counter, but professional and concentrated during the therapy. I fluctuate between wanting to talk and staying silent during massages, but for craniosacral, I like to stay silent and concentrate (or fall asleep lol). So this was perfect. I was treated with a nice cup of tea after the session, got a chat a bit, and left feeling refreshed. She keeps the window open in the room so there was a chill breeze coming in on this weirdly cold October, but she also gives you plenty of blankets and keeps the table warm so I was not uncomfortable at all. If you're not familiar with craniosacral, the session does not require you to take off anything but your shoes and jewelry. No oils or lotions. Hair can get a little trussed, but not as much as with a Swedish massage.

I left a Google review for a massage in 2016 and then was accused of never having been a client. She asked terribly invasive questions, she body shamed me and then she low key hit on me. So incredibly unprofessional. The owner's response was terrible as well because instead of asking me what happened, she just said you have never been a client here. No one should spend their money here.

I snagged a massage package from Groupon without much info to go on, and was I sure glad I did!…read moreThis is a hidden massage gem! Greg gives great massages and is very attentive to problem areas and preferred pressure/style. He is very professional and to the point, not a lot of fluff or BS, just a wonderful therapeutic massage. The massage studio is nothing fancy, located inside an office building on Farwell Ave, but is comfortable enough for the purpose. I would not recommend this as a "spa day" place, but if you have knots that need serious work, I would take them to Greg. He is very easy to communicate with via email for scheduling and had a lot of open availability when I was ready to book. I really appreciated someone with flexible time slots to work around your scheduling needs. The groupon special was a great deal, and regular prices seem very fair for the downtown area. Spoil yourself with a massage here! You won't regret it!

Eastwest is tucked away in a business center on North near Mayfair - I have to admit I was a bit turned around trying to find it. There's an Indian Grocer sign out front and a parking ramp around the side. If you go up the ramp and enter through the back door, you can find a directory of all the other places inside. The business building main spaces aren't anything fancy and seem outdated; however, I was pleased to find a nicely decorated, cozy space once I entered the Eastwest area on the second floor. My therapist was there to greet me and we talked through my needs for the session. My massage was wonderful and I was very happy with Carla; she was kind, friendly, and quiet during my session (this is SO important to me)...AND, she used a great amount of pressure. She didn't try to force me to book another session as some places do - but did recommend some follow-up things that might be helpful for me. It's not the swankiest massage place I've ever been to, but the prices are reasonable, the staff is professional, and the massage I received was just what I needed. I would return! I would note that due to the location close to the street, you can hear a bit of outdoor noise...for me this wasn't a bother, but if it is for you, you may not love the location.
