They are clearly knowledgeable and invested, and they do quality work. After trying them out with a couple of small orders, I recently had 70 pieces, shirts and jackets, embroidered with our company logo. I needed a quick turnaround, but still didn't have all of my pieces in hand due to shipping delays. I called ahead and Doug put us on the schedule in advance so that when I finally took everything in to the shop, he was able to complete the order within two days. Add me to the 5 star reviews for this business. (So glad I looked past the overall rating when…read moredeciding to select this dry cleaner in my neighborhood. It seems the business' overall rating is skewed based on one star reviews eight years ago and longer. Recent reviews-over five years to current-reflect the true overall rating for Spenser Cleaners, in my opinion.) Based on my discussions with the owners, Dipti and AJ Patel, they are proud of the business they purchased over 10 years ago and turned around, resulting in satisfied long time customers. They recognized the challenge in front of them back then, replaced workers, and made the business what it is today. I suggest you base your decision on the reviews of the last five years. I found this dry cleaners to be clean and the owners friendly and professional. Dipti explain to me that they have a VCARD text process which links to your personal account. This allows you access to your cleaning preferences, checking the status of your order, placing pick up requests and documenting your receipts. This process also sends you a text as soon as your items are ready for pick up. I found this process quite convenient. You can even text the business back if you have any questions. My suit was ready for pick up on the day I specified, I received a text stating my order was ready and I was completely satisfied with the final result. Final note, I requested the local Yelp management remove the primary picture when you click on this business, which consists of a caricature when I searched for this dry cleaners. It consisted of a character with thumbs down stating "Boooo!" It's interesting that the person who posted this picture did not complete a corresponding review justifying his rationale. I added several new pictures in support of Spenser Cleaners. I suggest you give them a try if you're looking for a good dry cleaning business.

I cannot say enough great things about Off the Wall Prints! They truly went above and beyond for me…read moreand my business when the U.S. Postal Service failed me. I mailed several T-shirts to my clients in Palm Bay on a Monday for a cruise they were leaving for that Sunday. For four days, there was absolutely no movement on the tracking number--it appeared that the package was stuck at the first sorting facility. By Friday, after giving USPS what I felt was more than enough time to deliver the shirts, I contacted Off the Wall Prints to see if they could help me by reprinting the shirts and I would hand-deliver them to my customers. From the moment I explained the situation, they were sympathetic, understanding, and genuinely concerned about helping me find a solution. Even though they already had other orders to complete, they worked with me and did everything they could to get my shirts reprinted that same day so that I could get them to my clients before they left for their cruise. As a business owner, I can't tell you how much that meant to me. They understood that this wasn't simply about printing some shirts--it was about my commitment to my customers and my reputation as a business owner. They stepped up when I needed them most, and I am incredibly grateful for the extra mile they went to help me deliver on my promise to my clients. If you're looking for a printing company that provides quality work, value for your money AND exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Off the Wall Prints. It's one thing to have a company print your order, but it's another to know that when something unexpected happens, they will have your back and do everything they reasonably can to help you find a solution. Thank you, Off the Wall Prints, for helping save the day! You have definitely earned my continued business and my recommendation! 5 stars without hesitation!
