    As a longtime UPS customer, I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this location last…read morenight. When I walked in, the cashier was engaged in extended chit-chat with another customer while I stood there waiting. Because of that delay, I ended up being helped close to closing time -- which was then oddly brought up to me, as if it were somehow my fault. Had the cashier been focused on assisting customers instead of socializing, this would not have been an issue at all. Once I was finally assisted, the employee was abrupt, visibly stressed, and rushed. The real problem, however, was the shipping quote. I was told I needed a box three sizes larger than necessary and was quoted over $800 to ship lightweight toys and shoes for Christmas gifts -- items I routinely ship to and from Colorado and am very familiar with shipping costs for. When I questioned the box size and insisted on using a smaller, more appropriate box, the price magically dropped to a little over $400 -- still wildly excessive and nowhere near what I've paid for heavier and larger shipments in the past. That alone raises serious concerns about pricing transparency. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the woman assisting me was the manager -- which was surprising given how unprofessional the interaction was. I also left feeling uncomfortable due to the way I was treated compared to other customers, which made the experience feel unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming. Between the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and what felt like price gouging, I will never return to this location. I strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere -- there are plenty of UPS locations that are transparent, respectful, and don't make customers feel rushed, overcharged, or unwelcome. Very disappointing experience overall.

I used Yelp's Request A Quote feature to price out 3 large foam signs in full color. Signarama wasn't the cheapest option, but Audrey was so quick to respond in a friendly and professional manner that I ultimately felt they would do the best job. She gave me great info, noticed the images I'd sent were low quality and might come out pixelated, and had Ben email me a full quote with two options. They have a customer portal for me to approve or make comments on the layout, as well as to pay directly online. When I was having issues paying online and called them, they helped me right away and got it sorted. We did have one snafu, where I went to pick up the signs the day after I asked them to be ready and when I arrived, their storefront was locked and no one was there. I called and a designer let me know that they were out at a meeting and short-staffed and that my signs were at another location on L B Mcleod anyway. I was frustrated in that moment because I'd driven all the way out to this location (all our communications and quotes had this address) and their posted hours showed they'd be open. The designer handled me very well (again, I was stressed and annoyed) and Ben called me an hour later to apologize (family emergency- so I totally get it) and offered to deliver the signs for my convenience that day. That worked for me and the prints turned out great! My note would be, as the consumer, be sure to get specifics from them on when you can pick up your prints and at which location, as that info wasn't provided. Overall, Ben handled the situation really well and I'd definitely go to them again for large prints.
