Closed on Monday and Tuesday but open at 6:30 am until 11:00 or so, may sell out early. One of the special finds for me was the Strawberry Croissant Cannoli. A light crispy pastry with just enough strawberry cream cheese filling, not stuffed but enough to give you the creamy flavorful taste you want. Strawberries on top. The perfect light pastry you are looking for. Has interesting combinations of toppings on a variety of donuts. I understood he will be introducing Abel skiver pastries soon. A Danish style, of both baked cake style ( lighter than fried) and a filled type of round pastry. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Now for the donuts....sooooo good. The part we liked most is that they weren't too overly sweet. They were sweet, but not covered in glaze. We have tried the frosted raised donuts and long John's. Think we found our new donut spot!
