Let me assure you that I came here and I absolutely loved this place. Very friendly bar in the area. Most of the bar has dollar bills that are personalized and scattered throughout the walls and ceiling. The bartender was really sweet, people here are friendly and social. It's a small bar but they have 2 pool tables, darts, a jukebox, some other games too. There's an outdoor smoking area too. Restrooms are a hit or miss because it is a really small single stall room. There's no food but there are snacks here. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Beer is cheap!

That's a risk, given that the Mayo Clinic is the primary reason anyone is in Rochester, Minnesota. With all the ailments on display in the city, a visitor pushing that bookcase could drop dead on the spot, and the lawsuit would put Bitter and Pour out of business. I almost broke the damn thing pushing and pulling. Bitter and Pour has all top-shelf liquor, and their cocktail list sounds fascinating. The mixologists are well-trained. Our bartenders on a Wednesday afternoon in September were professional, but they lacked the warmth I encountered everywhere else in this city. Our drinks were great, though, and B & P must be the best cocktail lounge in Rochester. I wish they served some small bites, but that's not their thing.

This is a cool Irish Pub. The decor is beautiful. Some of the walls are decorated with pictures from Dublin Ireland that reveal some of it's history. The stained glass windows throughout the restaurant really give the restaurant a nice feel. The background music was catchy and upbeat. As I checked out the menu a James Brown song came on and I started dancing. The hostess asked if I was dining in and I said I am now. I sat in a booth that was very comfortable and enclosed which gave some privacy to the adjoining booth. My waitress was really nice. She and another other waitress helped me narrow down what to order. I went with the chicken tenders and pub chips. The plate looked very appealing. The food was hot and tasted great. The tenders came with a sweet chili sauce that was good, but I was more in the mood for savory and asked for a side of the Nashville Hot Sauce which hit the spot. This was my first time here and it was a great experience.
