And then I leave empty handed.... It's a ten mile round trip for me and twice within a week I've made that trip for nothing. We shared at that time that he was born 3 months early and had developmental delays for which he receives therapy weekly. One of those issues is withholding (stooling) which has made potty training quite difficult. He is currently under the care of a specialist to work through this issue. We offered to provide medical documentation for this issue but the director was not interested and suggested that if my son had such profound special needs that he would be better serviced elsewhere. Also that we have failed as his parents as he should be potty trained by now (even though we explained that he has reached all milestones later than his age equivalent peers due to being extremely premature). Since he would have to wear a pull up he is not welcome in the class, but furthermore CB will not issue any sort of refund (we paid $300 in March-$30 registration fee and the remainder for the first month balance) even though we are not allowed to attend and won't be attending the first month (which we paid for). Also, there are currently spaces still available in this class so we have not prevented anyone from registration. We are a military family and were so looking forward to this opportunity for our son. We have never been treated this way and were shocked that a business specializing in the development of children would be so cruel toward a child and also so unwilling to offer even a partial refund for services not rendered.

Me and my wife hired this company to help us move from our apartment to a new house. The experience…read morewas as follows: The owner came out at the time he stated for the walkthrough. He was friendly, made a list of all the larger items to move as well as number of rooms. He stated that he would get back with me that night with a bottom line price for the move. Problem # 1. The owner did not call for 3 days but did call with the price. My Wife emailed to get confirmation of date and time. This again took a few days. When he did respond he gave the correct day but incorrect year. Finally moving day arrives. I was clearing out the storage locker when they arrived and my Wife was at the apartment. She stated that they came in to start and walked in eating bags of chips and immediately started complaining about number or boxes, steps, everything. They proceeded to start moving stuff. My wife was trying to help move some things around and help them a bit, and the movers were rude. She also would try to direct them on boxes that need extra caution, fragile items, etc. and the movers just ignored what was said. My wife also would pull some smaller things out for the movers to grab and load and they would just ignore the boxes and ended up leaving them for us to move ourselves. We had 1 small tv we wanted the movers to take and they stated that they were not going to take it because we said we would transport the bigger TVs. While moving a piece of furniture, they damaged and took a chunk out the apartment door frame. Finally they finished loading and we went to the new house. The movers started unloading and me and my wife were trying to direct where each box went. Some items were put in the incorrect rooms, etc. One of the mattresses i noticed they had ripped the bottom of. They also complained at the new place that has only 1 set of steps and only 2 pieces of furniture in the basement. A majority of the boxes went into the guest room, kitchen and master, a few in the office. We noticed the cube organizer was broken as well. When we went to pay for the move they tried to charge a fee for paying with credit card in which we were not informed of. We stated that he never informed us of a fee for credit card payments, so asked for them to waive the fee since we were never informed. The owner was silent for awhile but hesitantly agreed to waive the fee. The overall experience was not pleasant, stressful and half of the moves were rude and inconsiderate. Some of the conversations they had were not very professional. One of the movers, probably the lead guy, was quiet and seemed focused on getting the job done and another was fairly friendly. He worked but also tried to have some casual conversation with us as the other 2 just complained. One i had noticed kind of sat around and didn't really pull his weight. If your considering using this company i would think long and hard as well as check with other places before committing.
