Initially, I was completely unimpressed with the customer service provided when I picked up my online printing order. The final product was grainy and pixelated, and the pixelation had not been apparent in the online preview of my print job. When I picked up my very large, poster-sized print, I made it very, VERY clear that I was not satisfied with the final product, which was already paid for. The associate helping me, who was apparently the printing department manager, was NOT helpful and displayed a complete lack of understanding when it comes to customer service. She listened to me express (very politely) my frustrations with the product I was picking up, looked me in the eye while I told her I was dissatisfied, and LET ME LEAVE, having paid for the print job online the day prior, without offering any compensation or apologizing for anything. I told them I realized the file size may not have been as large as it needed to be; the issue may have been with my lack of understanding in the first place. My issue was not with their services per-se, but with the complete lack of customer service I initially received. That being said, after sending a comment/complaint to the Office Depot website, I received an email and a personal phone call from the store's General Manager, Kenneth Johnson. I have NOTHING BUT AMAZING THINGS to say about this man and his customer-service-centered mindset. He knows how to treat his customers and knows how to ensure they'll come back. He offered me a refund, and --more importantly to me--an apology. Whether you are in need of renting a private P.O. Box or in need of shipping services, this is your one-stop-shop! My favorite thing about Dave and his business is his promptness when alerting me to a delivery. I rest easy knowing my deliveries are safe and secure with Dave until I am able to come retrieve them. 24 hour secured, but accessible by key access to the private mailboxes are my favorite feature as I can come and go as I please. I've never had a problem when I come here to make copies or to print or fax anything. I like that you just stick your card in and print to your hearts content. And I think they have a prepay kiosk or something now which I'm unsure of how it works. I'm glad that they are open late, if not 24 hrs, because sometimes in the middle of the night you just need to make copies of old letters or photos and such. The prices are really reasonable as well. For anyone who hasn't used machines where you stick your credit card in and then print there could be a small learning curve but once you get the hang of things it's smooth sailing from then.
