A fairly large quayside boozer, I don't think you could ever call it cosy but it's nice to see that it's kept its original features well and there seems to be different parts of the bar for different times of the day. Their beer was heavily focussed on usual rubbish lagers, a great selection of local beers from Okells and some exciting craft beers from the UK and further afield. There's plenty of parking on the side of the inn. The inside is decorated beautifully (very insta-worthy), so maybe consider renting out for an event. We only wanted a quick snack to keep us going. This resteraunt is huge! It's right on the waterfront and there's an outdoor eating area& a bar too. There's also accommodation here too. So ..the menu was pretty extensive ranging from all day breakfasts, traditional dishes , international meals &a blackboard with specials. They also cater well for children . We decided to have a snack, a bacon roll and sausage roll which were just busting with sausage&bacon! We also had a portion of chips, we were going to have a portion each ,but the waitress warned us they were large (kind of her) so decided just to go for the one.And a large pot of tea. It all came to £11 ,which we thought was good value. The service was fast and waitress polite. We came here low season and was quite quiet. You can imagine this place buzzing in the summer. Next time we're down this way we'll definitely pop in for dinner.

Service was a little hit or miss. And the food was ok, but some of the order was messed up..ie "is there lettuce n tomatoes in the burger?" Answer, was yes and there wasn't any. I ordered one of their specialised hanging kebabs, which was a cute novel idea, I have never seen that before. A good effort, but maybe more for a drink?
