After spending a few minutes with the dryer, he was able to discover the issue and he told us what needed to be fixed. Throughout the process, he explained step-by-step what was the issue, and how he was handling the repair. The repair was completed within less than an hour and our dryer was working again. In the rare event that we have any more issues with the same part, we could call him again, and he would replace it at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and happy by their level of service, and had a good experience dealing with the company and their technician. Highly recommended!!
