"We got an appointment and a solution in the same day!"…read more We called a technician to check our dryer because it stopped working a day earlier. A friend of ours suggested using Saskatoon Pro Appliance Repair, so we called them. When the tech arrived, he was very friendly and smiling. After spending a few minutes with the dryer, he was able to discover the issue and he told us what needed to be fixed. Throughout the process, he explained step-by-step what was the issue, and how he was handling the repair. The repair was completed within less than an hour and our dryer was working again. In the rare event that we have any more issues with the same part, we could call him again, and he would replace it at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and happy by their level of service, and had a good experience dealing with the company and their technician. Highly recommended!!

Thank you Tyrone and team!…read more As part of the sale of my house, our potential buyer requested that our floor drain be inspected before clearing their home inspection conditions. The plumbing company I normally use recommended Tyrone's Drain Doctor to perform the service. I called and spoke with Tyrone directly and he managed to send a team the same afternoon to get the services done for me. Both Tyrone and his team were very knowledgeable and professional in the services they provided. They used a camera on a long cable to record video of the clear passageway from my floor drain to the city's main line that runs under the street in front of my house, so I could provide this to the potential buyer. Tyrone also provided great advice to avoid having my drainage systems drain in the future. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing drain clearing services. Thank you again Tryone.

I had diagnosed the problem myself being a seized blower motor. Tech came out, confirmed what I had…read moresaid. The tech looked around for a new motor, cheapest one he could find was $1500(not including install). I told him I'd find my own, which I did. I found one for $380 and just installed it myself. Now the motor won't shut off so I'm worried it could be the thermostat or limit switch (which the tech never bothered to look at). The thing is, I was charged $187 when the tech literally didn't check anything else but a visual inspection of the blower motor, not the heat exchanger, not the limit switch, nothing. So I paid all that money for him to come to my house and tell me something I already knew. Thanks for nothing guys.
