Now, I have been sitting without a water softener installed for over a month and a half- and paying for it. The fist time they didn't even send someone to fix it because of a language barrier, I assume. Then, they didn't show up for 2 appointments. Now, I have been waiting for a manager to call since Tuesday, and surprise surprise, I am still trying to get ahold of one.

What gets me is the fella on the phone couldn't give me a quote and said I had to wait until the tech showed up to get pricing. As it turns out, they use 3 tier pricing that the CS guy on the phone could have easily explained to me. Instead you wait all day long for the tech to show up to just to find out the base band-aid fix is $538. At this point it's already evening and you just want it fixed. My advice, if you can wait, shop around, these guys are too pricey.

The tech looked around for a new motor, cheapest one he could find was $1500(not including install). I told him I'd find my own, which I did. I found one for $380 and just installed it myself. Now the motor won't shut off so I'm worried it could be the thermostat or limit switch (which the tech never bothered to look at). The thing is, I was charged $187 when the tech literally didn't check anything else but a visual inspection of the blower motor, not the heat exchanger, not the limit switch, nothing. So I paid all that money for him to come to my house and tell me something I already knew. Thanks for nothing guys.
