I struggle with the trash in the marshes, I am not sure if it is the wind picking it up but I hope there can be more effort cleaning up. On any given day this summer, there are at least 500 people at the park playing Pokemon together, hanging out, and having a good time socializing. (Historic sites have a greater chance to spawn rare Pokemon. Public parks and water also help spawn Pokemon. Therefore, this place is the perfect combination of park, water, and historic landmarks for Pokemon.) Although, I came here for the Pokemon Go craze, I am also planning to come back here for the historic battle reenactments in October. It is amazing how Pokemon brings me to new places, and I learn about new things in local American history. Aside from Pokemon, this is a beautiful park with a view of South Philly across the Delaware river, a gorgeous sunset, pavilions, playground, butterfly garden, historic monuments, and bathrooms. There's also a snack cart when I went selling food and refreshments. Parking should be plenty for a normal park crowd, but seems to be overflowing due to Pokemon players. Nonetheless, whether you are a fan of history or Pokemon, check out this park!

Really disappointing experience at Red Bank Battlefield. We were loading heavy items and parked…read morebriefly in the area where we've always unloaded for years. My family has been coming here for about 25 years, and we've unloaded heavy things in that same general area many times without issue. Instead of a simple warning or asking us to move, we were immediately given a parking ticket for being on the grass. If the rules have changed or this is now being enforced differently, basic courtesy would be to communicate that first. What made it worse was how the situation was handled. Matt was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. Longtime visitors shouldn't be treated like that, especially when simply loading/unloading heavy items. Very disappointing experience at a place we've supported and visited for decades.

There are stairs where you can walk down to the waters edge if you desire. This is at your own risk of course. For the children/families there is plenty of your standard but very modern playground activities. Additionally there is a great water splash pad. The park is clean and easy to get around as you may go at your own pace in your own car touring the park stopping at attractions. The map is easy to use and follow. Or you can purchase an audio tour or rent bikes. Love the history and the information provided. Great attractions that makes you feel in the moment when visiting. Love George Washington's quarters and the barracks around the park along with the artillery park. Hands down one of the best major attractions that you must visit when in the area.

The park has ball fields, picnic pavilion, playground, chess table, 1/2 mile walking trail, bridge over a stream, port-a-potty, dog bags, water fountain with dog bowl, etc. This is a beautiful spot! It's located behind the Westtown Train Station Gallery and the Salty Cow (formerly Goose Creek Grill). New township building being built adjacent to the park behind aforementioned businesses. They all use the same entrance from 926/Street Rd.

My lady friend and I walked around and through the park in a leisurely fashion. The bright sun reflected off the lake in blinding but welcoming fashion. I don't recall how I stumbled upon it, but ever since then when I work down in Logan Township, all I can talk about is this park. I didn't take many pictures as it was raining and I typically don't like running with anything in my hands, much less a phone. I'm a purist, so no phone, no ear buds, just me and the pavement. So if you haven't guessed it, I love running in this park. If you are a runner, jogger, walker, whatever - they have space for you. They have marked miles so if you don't wear a tracker you will still know exactly how far you have gone. They have something for everyone... you want fields? They have so many, softball, baseball, soccer, field hockey and basketball courts. And they have multiples of each, so if someone is using a field you want, no worries they have others. This park is huge, but it is also clean and well maintained - you will be able to tell immediately that this is an affluent community. Each of the times I have come here to go for a run, there were parents with their little peewee football kids practicing. There were dads teaching their daughters to catch a baseball, there were grandparents walking babies in strollers, there were moms with tykes in the playground designated for little kids. There were joggers like me, there were lovers strolling by and holding hands, there were people of all ages and sizes walking and enjoying this beautiful park. I hope it stays like this forever, it is a jewel in this community and everytime I visit Logan Township, I will be visiting this park for a run.
