Unfortunately I was dead wrong. 3 weeks, 3 separate appointments, and a lot of money later, and I still don't have working A/C. I was given different quotes over the phone then surprised to find out when I got there that the cost or timeline was drastically different. This happened on multiple occasions, and instead of helping to fix it, the associate treated me like I was the problem while her manager stood there and did nothing to help while I questioned why I am repeatedly told one thing on the phone and another in person, never mind the 3 separate trips in to get the car fixed. Last month I was charged a fee of $75 because my teen didn't complete her driving test on an app. The fee - any extra fee's - have never been communicated. She finished the test within a few days after that bill. This month I'm charged a fee of $60 for God knows what reason. I was also charged a fee of $7.38 and $45 the first two months (I switched insurance agents Aug 2022). Save yourself a headache, money, and go elsewhere. Very untrustworthy.
