From their ambiance to their service and providing delicious drinks and bites to eat, this is definitely the coffee shop to check out! Everyone was super friendly and provided good recommendations off their menu. I had the Strawberries & Cream Matcha Latte and it was amazing, I was shocked. I ordered a flat white, which is something you can get anywhere but it tasted horrible. I'm also not sure on why it comes in a tiny size? It's smaller than small. The service was good, no issue there and the ambiance is a little packed and busy so luckily I got my drink to go. I did see a "Strawberries and Cream" latte that I want to try out next time. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival at The Seed with a big hello. The environment was quiet and inviting. I went over their menu and decided to try the iced caramel latte and chocolate croissant. The coffee was so smooth and fruity. The croissant was flaky and hot, it just melt in my mouth- definitely fresh! This was my first time trying and felt like a regular. I had to double back to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke. I must say I am still impressed. Both times I came I was greeted warmly and it just seemed as if they were happy to be here. The first time I came I told the young man I was new and we talked over the drink I was deciding on and the sweetness level. I must say it came out perfectly. I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte iced. It was AMAZING!!!! I'm excited because even when I came back the second time, a different person made it and it was still just as good. I live less than a mile away and today was my first time stopping in! I got a cold brew and added caramel syrup and it was great and refreshing! My mom got the chunky monkey smoothie and it was so smooth, literally tasted like peanut butter velvety goodness. The interior is so cute and perfect if you want to hang out and get some work done. Staff was very friendly too! Only things were mentioning is that prices are a bit steep, but I'm happy to pay them to support local businesses! Also, the straws they use for the smoothies are too skinny. Their pastries on display looked amazing. Definitely recommend checking this coffee shop out! read more

I came before the crowd did and they were about to close within the next hour, and she was the only one. she did a spectacular job tho and was still very nice. the rose latte was good but there were definitely more flower petals than there was coffee, over time the cinnamon toast crunch cereal got soggy in the coffee, the buffalo chicken empanada was great, and the acai bowl was too sweet, too much juice maybe. everything was good, but could definitely be improved. read more

10/10 coffee + work shop. I go here to enjoy work for 2 hours - wifi is fast / reliable and it's fairly quiet in the mornings. Great selection of treats- love coming here. Shop can probably only sit 15 people so it's fairly small but I've never had difficulty getting a seat to set up at. read more

The daughter of the owner was super sweet to check with us on our preference and kept checking on all the patrons inside to make sure everyone was doing good. The fruit cup says it comes with seasonal fruit and it looks like all they had were strawberries for this time, which is fine with me since I love strawberries. You could choose either a white, dark, or milk chocolate for the dip. I loved how they also had an option to create your own chocolate bark. Very cute and I haven't seen a concept like this in a while. Overall, a very cute chocolate cafe.

The absolute worst most arrogant employees on the planet. Johnny the manager talks down to loyal customers and has zero customer service skills and Lonnie has a disgusting attitude and should not be working a job that involves interacting with people. Perfect example of how an owners poor choices in hiring employees can ruin a business. Because of these two AWFUL employees our family and friends will never step foot back at the seed nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. There are many options to chose from locally that have employees that are welcoming and actually respect their loyal customers. Lastly, from what I have heard from many in LHP, I'm not the only one that thinks this of the seed Lighthouse Point. read more

I had coffee and ordered some things from the bakery to take home. The service was good, but the prices were a little high. I've drove past this place a couple of times running errands in the area and I always wanted to try it. I'm definitely happy that I did. Everything tasted great. The desserts lasted a little while in the car before I was able to try them when I got home and they also tasted good like I said the lack of one star that I'm giving as for the price it was definitely a little more expensive than I think it should've been but if I'm in the area again and I'm hungry. I've always been a little hesitant when it comes to trying out matcha but when I finally decided to try it for the very first time, I was very impressed. Now I'm hooked thanks to the seed lol. They also have this breakfast burrito with a Korean twist that was very delish. I did dine-in and it was a cutesy atmosphere. We wanted to confirm paying for a pistachio latte would be the same as paying for a latte with syrup added and she said it would, but again she seemed kinda annoyed or impatient by our questions. Not friendly service at all. It came out to $8 for an iced latte ($1 for non-dairy milk) in an albeit cute container but it was just subpar.

So everyone was crammed in the corner of the place waiting for their order. The spinach empanada was pretty bland, didn't taste any cheese at all. The cinnamon roll was a bit dry, flaky like croissant dough, but the icing was very good. The "bagel bomb" had delicious flavor, but wasn't a bagel at all. I'm not even sure how they get away with labeling it as such. Similar to the cinnamon roll, it was flaky and light like a croissant. I was bummed about that because that's the whole reason why I came, for a bagel bomb, not a croissant bomb. The white cakepop with sprinkles was flavorless, but the chocolate was very good. As far as the coffee goes, we got the cinnamon toast crunch and reeses puff lattes. I heard two people ahead of me order their extra sweet and I understand why. It was definitely lacking that "cereal" milkiness or sweetness. Tasted just like a latte with some cereal sprinkled in it. However, they do write nice little notes on the lid, which is a personal touch. Unfortunately, you can tell that people come here mainly for the aesthetic. I certainly don't think the coffee or food warrants a line out the door. While I love supporting smaller businesses, if they put half as much effort into what they're selling as they do into their social media marketing and decor, I think it could've been better for me. It pains me to say it, but you can absolutely go to Dunkin/Starbucks for better taste and a fraction of the price.
