I came here to lose weight before TTC and lost a total of 20 lbs (even lost a few after my last dose). I'll be back to start back the Semaglutide when I can. Highly recommended.

I recently completed Jeremy Robinson's 8-week program for the second time, and once again, the…read moreresults exceeded my expectations. The first time I worked with Jeremy was in 2018, when I lost 23 pounds. After turning 61, I knew it was time to refocus on my health, but I was honestly concerned that I wouldn't experience the same success. As a post-menopausal woman dealing with hormone challenges and stubborn weight gain around my middle, I wasn't sure my body would respond the way it had years ago. I'm happy to say I was wrong. This time, I lost 16 pounds, feel dramatically better, and gained tools that I know will serve me for life. What I love most about Jeremy's program is that it's grounded in the science of nutrition. There are no expensive supplements to buy, no strange foods, and no gimmicks. Instead, you learn how food impacts your body and how to make sustainable choices that fit real life. Jeremy is an exceptional coach. He meets you exactly where you are, encourages you every step of the way, and genuinely believes you can succeed--even when you're not so sure yourself. No question is ever a dumb question to him. His knowledge of both nutrition and fitness is incredible, and every time I asked something, he had thoughtful, practical information to share. The changes I've experienced go far beyond weight loss. I sleep better, my hot flashes have disappeared, my stomach no longer hurts after meals, and I simply feel healthier and more energetic overall. Most importantly, I feel confident that I can continue these healthy habits long after the program is over. If you're looking for a program that delivers real results and teaches lifelong skills, I highly recommend Jeremy and Austin Holistic Fitness. The only downside? You'll probably need a new wardrobe when you're done.

I had a CT scan with contrast that was all clear minus a very small ovarian cyst. He advised me that no other type of scan would help and that there is nothing a CT scan with contrast could have missed that's related to my symptoms. He also said sometimes he wishes he could fake symptoms to get scans so he could rule out anything serious. That made me tear up and I told him that I am not faking symptoms to get scans - he immediately said he wasn't implying that. Just that I'm lucky to know it's not cancer or something more serious. My father has stage 3 colon cancer , my best friend has breast cancer, my work supervisor and friend"s mom has stage 4 brain cancer - so yes, I agree it's great a CT scan did not show any signs of that. Said I should come back if this gets worse (I went to see him because it was getting worse and my PCP had told me maybe I just needed a vacation). As any parent of a kid like mine knows , we don't have time to go to the doctors for ourselves. If I'm here , it's because it's already worse.

The office is very well organized, they have bariatric patients as well as general surgery patients. Last month Dr Fass did surgery on a large Para-esophageal Hernia with Nissan Fundiplication-he used a DaVinci Robot-He advised a 3 day post op stay-he did such a great job and I was up and about the next morning independently in my room-i discharged on day 2 post operation. He visited me daily. I like his bedside manner, He is caring but very confident and gives explicit directions on follow up care. Prior to surgery he gave me a very good picture of what to expect. He even advised there was a YouTube video that I could observe on the procedure he would be doing. He did not require any gastric surgery to be done when I had this repair unlike another surgeon where I was being treated prior. My incisions healed very nicely and very quickly with no signs or symptoms of infection. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Fass for general surgery as well as bariatric surgery.

What we did to get there I will leave for you to find out, because honestly that is the best part of working with her. It was nothing like what I expected and everything clicked in a way it never had when I tried to figure it out on my own. A few months later I had dropped 45 pounds, my cholesterol was so almost optimal, my liver was better, pretty much everything had shifted. I ran Hood to Coast better than I ever have in five years of doing that race. From winded walking up the stairs to running 15 miles! But the thing I did not see coming was what happened to how I carry myself. I have boundaries at work I never had before. I make decisions from a different place. I stopped coping and started actually taking care of myself, and I respect who I am now in a way I did not before. If you are on the fence, just reach out to her.

I am a breast cancer survivor. After my experience, I know now more than ever that health is not…read moresomething you take for granted. We are all that we eat. If I learned one thing from my experience, it is that western medicine is not straightforward; it is more complex, but there are known treatments that everyone is being exposed to regardless of who you are, where you come from; but ultimately, you are just a patient. As a result, your only advocate is you. Or I thought so until after I met Chen. I always followed a Mediterranean diet and mainly cooked at home. I thought I was doing great, and I was healthy. Yet what I was doing wasn't helping my energy level or weight. Chen is a true partner in your health. She first does blood tests to understand where you are. Then you have a great conversation telling her about you and your lifestyle. She has vast knowledge about nutrition. She always explains why we do what, which was super helpful. Some other things she told me were also profound. She said: ·      "This is not torture, don't go hungry; if you do, you will make poor choices. That is why sometimes carrots and hummus is a lunch." ·      "Eat more of the right things, drink the right things, so that you can get rid of what your body doesn't need." I have never met any nutritionist who told me to eat more. ·      "I do not expect you to be a chef." We discussed at least one recipe and product in every session. Yes, the start was challenging, but today after eight months of our partnership, I feel better than ever. I never felt alone in this journey; Chen was always kind, never judgmental, always supportive, and showed up for me. I don't see this journey as a diet that will end at some point. I am changing all my habits, and what I do is for a lifetime. People around me also started utilizing these new habits and food. I don't feel I am missing anything if I cannot eat something I used to eat or what others eat. This is for me, and it is my choice. I am super aware of all the ingredients and nutrition, and most importantly, I have learned to listen to my body. I can do this all because of Chen's partnership. She is terrificin every way. Thank you!!!

As a newly-wed I wanted to make sure that I live a healthy and long life and have been concerned about my health due to my family's history of heart disease and diabetes. I found Chen on a whim, I just typed in Google to find a nutritionist in the area. From the first call, I was hooked on her. She's so compassionate and loving and I joke with her that's she's more than a nutritionist; it's like I'm paying for both a nutritionist and therapist. I called her in order for me to shape up my body and to lose weight. On top of me losing weight she helped me understand and listen to my body. Though this program isn't necessarily about losing weight, it's more about understanding inflammation, microbiomes, creating silence in the gut. If you're looking to have a complete overhaul of your system, please start working with Chen. This woman will change your life (and especially your gut)!

A buddy suggested that I go to an IV hydration clinic instead. The obgyn nurse said an IV hydration clinic would probably be cheaper than paying ten percent at an ER. My husband found Smooth Aesthetics. Smooth Aesthetics is owned by nurse Oscar and his physician wife Dr. Leyva. Oscar was able to see me within two hours at their Round Rock location. I paid $200 for two saline bags plus Zofran. Zofran is an anti-nausea medication, which Oscar thought might help with the other end, but it didn't. Nonetheless, I didn't feel like dying from dehydration anymore, and the baby was safe. For an additional $25, Oscar will travel to your house if you're unable to get a ride. If you only need one bag of saline, it's $150. It's much cheaper than going to an ER. He also administers generic semaglutinide for $300/ month.
