I had a very disappointing experience with Justin "The Screen Guy". He never came out in person to assess the project and instead provided a quote over text after asking me to send photos. All communication was done through text, and he never returned my phone call, which made the process feel impersonal and unprofessional. He seemed uninterested in the job from the beginning, and because he never evaluated the lanai in person, he failed to recognize that additional repairs were needed. His lack of attention and engagement gave me little confidence in his willingness to do thorough, quality work. Not to mentioned his standoff demeanor and rudeness. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for someone attentive, communicative, and willing to properly assess your project. read more

Justin was awesome, professional, honest and through. He has followed up with us on any questions before, during and after the job. He was also very patient with us when we had to delay our project for a couple months. I had to give a one star cause it forced me too. I texted this business for service areas early this morning. This gentleman called me back and went off because I texted him on Sunday morning. I could understand if I called you early but to be rude because you received a text and proceeded to hang up on me. Great work at a low cost. Pretty soon after we moved into our home (November 2017), I suspect the lawn service cut a line into the bottom of all of our pool cage screens. Since I can't prove it was them I couldn't charge them for it, but pollen and other smut would blow into the pool whenever there were gusts of wind. I had a company come give us a quote and it was over $500. At the time we were paying for a ton of other house things, so I decided it wasn't worth it. Instead, my husband and my dad gorilla taped the bottom of all the screens. Did it look great? Eh, not really, but it got the job done. Fast forward to a week ago and we had a wasp in the house. Our bug guy said you know, it could have flown through the holes in your screen and then wedged it's way into the house through the sliding doors. That was enough for me to decide to get the screens properly fixed. I searched some neighborhood groups for screen companies and The Screen Guy came up a lot. After doing a cursory glance at Yelp and seeing all five stars I decided to bite the bullet. I called Justin and left a message. He called me back the next day and told me it was $375 to fix eleven screens ($30 for each ground screen and $75 for one roof). Wow, I couldn't believe it was that cheap! He didn't even have to come to give me the quote, just said it over the phone. He even emailed me the quote after so there was no bait and switch when the guy came to do it. I think the actual worker's name was Cole, but he came the next week and fixed all the screens in about 3 hours. I didn't even have to be here for him to do it, he left the invoice (the same as Justin emailed me) on my door. I was here when Cole started his work and he seemed like a really friendly guy. This was the best type of house work - the one that does the best job at the lowest price. I will always hire the Screen Guy to do all of my jobs. read more
