On more than one occasion I felt as if I was inconveniencing them. They only seemed to care about their design customers, while I was just a nuisance buying only paper stock. One thing that also bothered me. After spending hundreds of dollars on paper (over multiple visits), they repeatedly refused to give me any break on the price of the stock. I don't know what their margins on the paper were, but this was something that bothered me.

On the inside of the folder there was a place to put the Bride and Groom's name, the wedding date, and a personal message. Due to the shiny surface on the cardboard, traditional calligraphy was not an option - it would have had a risk of chipping off. Instead, our wording was hand done with a ball point pen, which looks terrific. I am sure that Jenn and Chris will treasure this keepsake for many, many years to come!
