I went for a walker and not only found exactly what I wanted (been doing a lot research on line, but like to buy things in local stores), a red walker with a seat and brakes, but a STANDER. Yes, that is what it is called. No seat, no brakes, but weighs only 4 pounds and easy to squeeze together and swing into a car trunk with one hand. Vanessa was extremely helpful in fitting everything to me. Will be back for shoes and a leg-lifter (helps swinging up bad leg into bed and also getting into and out of the automobile). This store looks like it is small, but it is jammed with all sorts of medical assistance devices and the range of walkers is outstanding. As a first-time customer, the discount was most welcoming! AT ALL!) $5 for transmission oil (I pray they didn't just top off the oil, otherwise it will leak through the seals all over the clutch and cvt, also the bike doesn't need gear oil for another 10k miles) $13 for 2 stroke engine oil (you can get a big bottle for the same price) $70 for a battery (you can buy them for $20) $11 for a spark plug (they're usually 3-5 dollars). $680 total for a carb clean, battery, and small things that the bike didn't need at all. Extremely overpriced and unnecessary services. I understand that this is a business but this is either robbery in broad daylight or Mr Scooter doesn't know what they're doing. Please do your own research before bringing your bike to a shop, all this could have been done in an afternoon with a youtube video. I don't want you to be the next victim

The owner, Brian, is so helpful, kind, and patient. He truly made our experience great! I rented the one seater e bike (came with really thick tires). It had three speed modes (eco, mid and extreme), held a good charge and had good breaks. My friends rented the two seater - we both had a blast! The bike comes with a JBL speaker that is hooked up to an iPhone that navigates you through the city. The iPhone is connected to the bike that provides a detailed map to follow (with voice directions). The speaker also provides you with a wonderful history of SF throughout your ride. I highly recommend to get extra time/hours. You are going to want to stop (take pictures/have lunch/ grab a cup of coffee) along your ride The tour took us up close and personal to Fort Point historic site, the Golden Gate Bridge, the presidio, and around to the palace of fine arts Such a unique, thrilling and fun way to experience a section of the city. A man of many talents, a master of none! Lol! He's a comedian, a local artist and a professional Segway speed racer! The safety portion of the tour is usually the most boring part of any tour but Sam and his wingman Royal keep you laughing. In addition to seeing Coit Tower, Little Italy, Fisherman's Wharf, and pier 39, we discovered one of the local hot spots for coffee and espresso as well as the best place to grab a slice of pizza, all recommended by San Francisco's very own stand up comedian and as I already mentioned, our tour guide extraordinaire Sam. We had so much fun, it was over before we knew it. "That's what she said!" I highly recommend this tour company!

Their hourly fee is expensive. The In-home aid the Company sent had no training or experience with assisting anyone except perhaps a family member with dementia. We have insurance that contributes to part of the cost. The insurance requires a short form to be submitted with the assistance provided daily. The owners said we have our own form. We showed the owner what information was required. She said we will included that in our form. Their filled out form had multiple issues time after time. We paid them with a check which the owners lost, then found. We had to put a stop payment on the check. I hope there are better run services.
