Both times the same girls were working, and both times they have had the worst attitude. I understand long days can happen, but when you repeatedly keep yelling "turn the sign off! I wanna go home!" That's a little bit much. This cute little girl just came in at 6:22, and all the workers did was complain. If they would've started the order instead of griping they would've been done by now. It's just sad because this is such a cute place but the girls ruin it. I have a video of her complaining about someone ordering coffee because "she already put the toxic chemicals in it to clean" BEFORE closing. They're gonna have to clean the boards, for the third time they made very clear, because I chose to come in and spend my money here. But good ice cream don't get me wrong.

Ridiculous. 20 oz drink (mostly ice). 3.19 And yes, I got petty and counted how many tater tots came in a large (5.99). There were 16. When I went in the restaurant today my partner and my ESA Pomeranian was with me. The employees were all saying how cute he is and he'll probably need a pup cup. Then we ordered and paid. I went to wash my hands and an employee went to my partner and told him he had to eat outside because my dog couldn't be in the restaurant. (The restaurant had NO customers except us). The employee told me that the manager said no. I have brought my ESA dog into this restaurant and ate several times (and there were a lot of customers in the restaurant). So, we went outside and ate some of our meal and threw the rest away. The food quality has, in my opinion, gone way down. What really upset me the most was when I came in with my dog, and then my partner came in and the friendly customer service stopped. No smiles, just blank stares. It was clear that they don't approve of gays. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am. Sad thing is that I have been going to this place since 1990. I will never go into this establishment again and I will warn people that the food quality and quantity does not match the cost.
