Great neighborhood bar feel with really good food and friendly bartenders…read more I had a burger, 1/2 lb done perfectly with onion rings that were excellent. Last time the onion rings were a little oily, yesterday they were perfect. Our adult daughter just had fried pickles, she said they were great. Perfect batter to pickle ratio and they were spears not rounds which made them great for dipping. Wife had a lake erie perch sandwich, she said it was amazingly good. Busy place, but the kitchen was kerping up about 7:30 on a Friday night. I highly recommend Rudy's especially if your in from out of town.

Credit and Tap to Pay are the standard these days - who carries cash? Servers expect tips off of the total including tax instead of the subtotal (which I struggle with a bit but always use that total @ 20%). Now it's subtotal + tax + CC surcharge. My first instinct is to tip 17% and tell the server her boss took part of her tip. Goodness gracious restaurant owners!!! Charge $12.59 for your $10.95 chicken salad wrap and stop adding one more level of complexity to the process. It's not a lot of money but a silly little add-on line item to the bill for using a standard method of payment is, in principle, ridiculous.

What a diamond in the rough…read more Unassuming on the outside and the inside. Tons of beers. Service is very good. The real reason for the excitement is bc this place has a crazy DIY, mix and match, build your own dog and tot/fries menu. We had basically just come from another restaurant (I say basically to soften the blow but we did, in fact, leave a restaurant before embarking on the walk to come to this place. If we weren't kinda full from that, we could have provided a more legitimate showing. GF was grossed out by the thought of other food but I was not going to succumb to the satiety Gods. I perused the menu thoroughly. I wanted something that kind of resembled a Polish boy so I went with classic slaw and bbq sauce. I added pickle relish and pimento mac and cheese for good measure. Love the vegan options (two dogs, vegan chili, there was a vegan cheese if memory serves. Some of the other options and I kid you not were spaghetti o's and peanut butter. There was literally an entire page worth. I was really planning on only having a taste but you know I ate basically the entire thing. It was spectacular. I have no other words. Worth a stop, without a doubt.

My main complaint is how dark it is inside. I understand that it's part of the vibe, but it feels a little odd for a place serving food, and I would have preferred a bit more lighting. I did get pretty sick after eating, though no one else in my group had any issues, so it may have just been bad luck on my part. The male bartender was a little grouchy, but our server was nice. Despite that, the rest of the group had a good experience, and I'd be willing to give it another try.

We've…read morebeen here before, but it had been a while, and one thing I can always count on is that we've never had a bad meal here. They're consistently good! Octavia was a server and she was amazing, very friendly and an all around people person. You can tell she really enjoys her job and interacting with the guests. We started with the calamari as an appetizer, and it was delicious. The portion was large and perfect for sharing. My son was in the mood for pizza, so he ordered the Margherita Pizza, while my husband went with the Whiskey Burger and fries. I ordered the Shiitake Garlic Noodles, which are listed as an appetizer, but the portion was so generous that it was an entire meal and very filling. I added broccoli that was cooked perfectly and It was delicious! Everyone left happy and full, which is always a win. Yard House continues to be one of those reliable spots where you know you're going to get a good meal every time. We'll definitely be back!

We sat outside and the seating was comfortable. Not too much sun nor too shaded. The food entree was nothing short of amazing. The lobster pasta was banging! The edamame was alright. I would definitely go back. What a great experience. Also they validate parking.
