On Sunday we made contact and he came to the Chestnut Hill office having shifted appointments at the other office. In an hour, he had examined the site, taken X-rays, explained fistulas and did a thorough cleaning, draining and disinfecting of the site and a return visit in 2 weeks. I needed to go out of town on Monday and went happily having had the prompt diagnosis and treatment. Dr. S pulled my one dental implant when the tooth came off of it...I thought that the tooth came off be replaced but instead the implanted screw was taken out and am missing that tooth now. I didn't think that it was necessary to pull out the implant. I was very disappointed with all the works that was done with my teeth. It involves a pre-numb, multiple Novocaine shots and then a lot of, um, instruments. The office is cute, homey and clean. Everyone is very friendly. Dr Narang is soft spoken and considerate. She answered my questions and constantly checked on my comfort level. SHE did the work (not a hygienist). Even though my mouth was numb, she didn't hack away or rush through. She was cautious and thorough. Amazingly, after the numbness wore off, I had virtually NO DISCOMFORT. For me, that's the strongest testament to both her skill and her patient attentiveness. The only reason they don't get five stars is because they emailed me to confirm my appointment, which I did. The next day, they sent a txt asking me to confirm, which I did. The next day they phoned, asking me to confirm, which I did. The next day they sent me a text reminder. It seems like those initial confirmations aren't making it to the office. Regardless, I highly recommend Dr Narang and CHS. I am thrilled I found such an excellent, diligent dentist to use for years to come.
