I recently went through some TMJ issues, and they were incredibly fast in getting me fitted for a night guard and ordering it so I could alleviate the pain in my jaw. I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

That dentist had recommended that I have an older crown replaced and made an appointment for me to come in to do so. When I came in for that appointment, Dr. Price took a look at it and said the work was not necessary and I really appreciate that he took the time to re-evaluate the procedure even though it meant not getting that business. The office is always punctual and communicative. I even make the drive from Philly in order to keep him as my dentist. The two hygienists I have been treated by there are very gentle and quick with their work, which as someone who has anxiety about dental work/medical settings, I really appreciate!

I finally got my nerve up and said enough is enough. I am not going to lie. I was nervous about the procedure. However, every precaution was taken to make my experience as pain-free as possible. I had all of my remaining teeth surgically removed and six upper and four lower implants placed in my jaw. From there, I was fitted with upper and lower teeth. I left the Pi practice that afternoon with a mouthful of new teeth and a smile that I had never had before. I am most grateful for Pi every time I look in the mirror and also (ha ha) when I eat corn on the cob.

Called PI dental. Had me in at 7 45 today, did xrays, connected me with an Endodontist who prepped the tooth at noon, returned to PI dental at 2 30 today for the temporary crown. Huge event this weekend, sensitive tooth and looked awful. They were so kind, professional and I felt tremendous confidence in their hands for the first time in years. Called my previous dentist to have my files sent to PiDental. Need expert professionalism? Go see them. Dedication and the entire staff are just wonderful.
