If you have read any of my other reviews, you may recall that my dental journey has not been an easy one. When I first came to Dr. Susanin's practice in Devon, I was having issues with a root canal that was ~ 7 years old. Dr. Susanin was able to identify the issues, and provided me with a series of options for moving forward. Together, we decided that given the history of my (multiple) root canals, re-treatment would likely fail in the too near future for it to be worth the time and financial investment. Instead, we decided to move forward with removing the tooth and getting an implant. It has been so refreshing to be very informed through the process of my dental decision making. Often, with health care professionals, I feel that I am not provided much insight, or the opportunity to understand what is going on. That is not the case with Dr. Susanin. He has fully informed me each step along the way and allowed me to be the decision maker while providing his professional opinion. Dr. Susanin has been dependable, easy to get an appointment with, and available for phone calls with questions and checking-in on my healing process. I'm returning to his practice today to get post extraction x-rays and evaluations before moving forward with my implant. I am incredibly grateful to have found a Dr. Susanin's practice and will remain a loyal patient until he retires.

She had a presentation the following day and didn't want to look bad. I called knowing that it was a lost cause trying on the weekend but anyway tried a number of dental offices. They were all closed. I was finally happy when I found this office because they had an after hour emergency line direct to the dentist on call. The dentist was kind enough to immediately open up and have my friend go in. Mind you, this was after hours on the weekend. The place was really beautiful. Everything went awesome. She had a new crown and her tooth looked like it had never even been broken in the first place. It was perfect. I decided to even come back in today with my sister who wanted a deep cleaning. Even better insurance paid for everything. I had to post this. I am grateful and humbled that a dentist would go overboard and take the effort to help.
