I have no dental issues and know what I need and what I look for in a provider. I went to my initial appointment of X-rays and a consultation. I like it that way, because being a dental hygienist myself, I know every cleaning is different and you can't always get it done on the first appointment or sometimes, even in one appointment. I received professional care. The staff was friendly. It is a very new office, so there are a few glitches to work out, like scheduling and staffing. I was not pleased with…read moremy experience as it felt like they treated my teeth like a car warranty more than health. They kept offering me their version of Invisalign which I do not need. The doc offered it, I said no. The tech then offered it, I said no. And they wouldn't let me leave without seeing the office manager who offered it and I said no again. Confirming that I moved dentists and they said there is nothing wrong with the alignment of my teeth (this was my first time with any dentist in 30+ years every mentioning something like this to me before and pushing it on me). On January 20, 2026, I put in a formal request to have my records released to me (including X-Rays) as well as transferred to my new dentist office. Shortly after that, the secretary at Aspen Dental, Hanover confirmed she sent my request in. I called the Hanover office numerous times for my records but never received a call back. On March 10, 2026, I called corporate for the status of my records. They said they received my request but it wasn't processed and that they would process it then and I should receive my records to my email within 5-10 business days. It is now well over 10 business days and I have still not received my records. According to HIPAA regulations, they are try provide my records to me upon request. It has now been over 2 months since my original request and I have still not received my records and neither has my new dentist. Meaning, they are also not HIPAA compliant. Seems like they do anything they can to sell whatever people are gullible enough to buy from them and then they trap you there by not sharing your records. I will also be filing a complaint with the State Dental Board as the HIPAA violation is pretty serious. If they're violating it in this way, it makes me wonder what other illegal things this company is doing with patient information. I am legally entitled to my med records.

I have another dentist that I've been going to since I was a child, but I wanted to address this issue immediately, so I scheduled with Dental Solutions of Roxborough. I arrived early and still waited until 10:40am to get called to the back room. The front desk ended up taking someone who was there for an appointment after me before they took me. Once I finally get to the back, they take a bunch of x-rays. Again, I'm here for a teeth grinding issue and my regular dentist does the x-rays regularly. Afterwards, they assumed they would be giving me a regular cleaning and I had to tell them I'm literally only there for another issue related to teeth grinding. Finally at 11am I see the doctor... and I'm told that there is nothing else to really do about my grinding since I have a mouth guard. Basically just ridiculous that it took an hour to be seen by a doctor for an issue that took only a few minutes to address. The office seems so unorganized and didn't even know what I schedule the appointment for!

Like other reviewers, I was immediately pressured into an expensive "deep clean" for $150 above my insurance coverage, even though I maintain regular dental check-ups, with my last one less than a year ago. When I declined the deep clean and requested only my routine insurance-covered cleaning, I was met with significant resistance and passed between three different staff members to discuss my decision. They also presented me with additional, unquoted and quoted services: $20 for fluoride (not covered by insurance), fillings for three cavities ($170), and a night guard fitting (no price given). I agreed to the fluoride and fillings. After this discussion, I was moved back to the waiting room for 15 minutes before being called for my "routine" cleaning. The hygienist spent a mere 3.5 minutes on my cleaning, a stark contrast to the typical 15 minutes I receive elsewhere. This felt like a deliberate attempt to penalize me for declining the deep clean. The fluoride was also not administered at this point, as it was supposed to follow the fillings. I then waited again for a chair to open for the fillings. While I considered leaving, I was reluctant to postpone addressing the cavities (I've only had one other cavity in my life, and after reading other reviews, I now question if a second opinion would have been a good idea). During the filling procedure, I gagged multiple times, which has never happened to me before. Staff repeatedly asked if this was "always a problem" for me, making me feel at fault, when the issue was clearly an unheld or uncomfortably placed suction device. In the middle of the procedure (mid-drill) I was left alone while the care team went to talk about another scheduling conflict. Finally, they forgot to administer the fluoride treatment and discuss pricing of the night guard. At that point, I decided to leave without pursuing them. At checkout, I had to remind the staff to remove the fluoride charge from my bill. Overall, my patient experience was extremely poor. While I hope it was an isolated incident, other reviews suggest this is a recurring trend. I've attempted to call the office but it was closed, and I will be calling back to discuss these issues further.

The…read morewait times can sometimes be long if you have an appointment during a peak time-- evenings and weekends but I don't mind because it keeps me from having to miss work and my daughter from missing school. If you get a Saturday appointment you can show up early as not to plan your day around a trip to the dentist. For instance, I had a 1pm appointment last Saturday, called at 8:30 am and they said I could come whenever I was ready! We were in and out by 10. Once you get checked in, the staff briefs you and your child on the procedure they will be doing for the day and then you head back to the lobby and your child heads to the exam area. The office is decorated with whimsical themes from underwater aquariums, sponge bob and other children's characters. There are old school video games like Pac Man and Qpert in the lobu which are free of charge. The tv plays the latest in Disney/Pixar while you wait. Once your child is done the tech calls you tower with your child again and reviews any further work that needs to be done, answers your questions and suggests your follow up appointment. I've never seen a child unhappy before entering or leaving Doc Bresler's. The kids also get to pick prizes when they are finished their sppointment and always get a new toothbrush! I would definitely recommend if you have a child who is a first timer or who is fearful of the dentist. They have an orthodontist and they also see adults!

I was frustrated because my kid had an emergency appt for a tooth repair. Once I got to the office, I checked in and waited 40 minutes. I was told they were short staff and weren't able to do the repair. Okay, understandable, but I need a better explanation as to how it is okay to not notify me prior to me leaving work and signing him out early to come to an appointment that wasn't going to happen. Then, to find out they x-ray the broken tooth, but that was all. So I'm livid because now it's seeming as though yell are just tryna get paid for a service. What I didn't appreciate was how short the Dr was. He body language came off as condescending and irritated. She asked if I wanted to speak to the office manager after her offering me no options or alternate I said yes and she than proceeded to storm off , call me hun and say that's all I can offer you. The office manager came out and apologized for the mishap, offered to have all his routine needs completed (since we already here), and scheduled me for a 1st in the morning slot 2 days later. I'm still not happy that nobody could call to state the repair couldn't be completed or to reschedule the appointment, but at the very least, I felt heard by the practice manager. However that young dentist needs to learn how to deal with and speak to patients and parents of in a less condescending and offensive manner

Her hands cramped up, she was white as a ghost and he says "you're just messing with me". When it was clean she was not, he said "I might have gave her too much, I'll put it in the chart not to give her that much next time". You would think a DOCTOR would know better. Then I get something from my insurance company saying they're denied something which was weird since it covered everything. I found out they were trying to take on bogus charges hoping the insurance company wouldn't even look and just pay it. That is a scummy, scammy move! DO NOT GO TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.

I opened a new pack of cups and poured fresh listerine into the cup- they had a cup of listerine waiting for me but I didn't trust it because I had to clean the dental chair and the goggles they give you to wear. I definitely must find a professional clean establishment for dental work. This is no longer the place. I will never return or recommend this place again!

By the time I found Dr. Weinstock I was a mess, worried about insurance, treatment, timing, anesthesia that was safe for me while nursing, and more. We eventually decided that I needed a dental implant and extraction due to the quality of the tooth. Dr. Weinstock and his dental assistant Nancy were incredible at addressing my concerns gently and straightforwardly. I was in their office at least 6 times throughout the course of my care, and each time they remembered to ask about my family, check in on my concerns, and assure me that I was doing well. My implant looks amazing (perfectly matches my other teeth) and the process never surpassed a 2 on the pain scale. If you are someone who deals with anxiety about dental care, I would strongly recommend choosing Dr. Weinstock and Nancy to be your care team.

Jamie the hygienist is a gem. First, she is the best listener. You might have no idea until you've been through it how many clinical professionals of all stripes and certifications don't know how to listen, especially if you have a rare condition. Jamie listened with patience and curiosity, took all my comments and concerns to heart, and integrated everything into individualized strategies for cleaning and home care. She is also research-literate and makes recommendations based on specific data from studies on Waterpik pressure levels for example. Jamie's skill is also impeccable, I left with the smoothest naturally white teeth of my life just from polishing and the ultrasonic scaler. During the whole time she adjusted water temperature and pressure according to my sensitivity level, applied topical anesthetic to more sensitive areas and checked in constantly about pain and modified technique instantly when needed. For anyone anxious about the dentist, she tells you exactly what she is about to do and why, so you are never surprised or talked down to and are fully included in decision-making. The little things really are the big things. To the practice, please know how tremendously valuable your hygienist is! Also, the pricing is really not worse than competitors in the area and what you are getting is trust and assurance in being treated well. Rhey are straight shooters and don't push you into anything unnecessarily or try to sell you on complicated package deals. Dr. Weinstock also seemed very kind and professional and I would trust him and this practice with any future needs.
