The sales associate are lazy and do not follow up with the clients as promised via email. I've called to try to speak with the manager or owner but I never got through to them and they don't let you leave a voicemail. The entire experience has been truly awful. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life until I went to Orr's jewlers. I'd recommend trying the other two authorized dealers in Pittsburgh if you want a real chance at getting a watch.

It needed 2 diamonds replaced and the bottom of it was starting to crack, which I didn't even know was happening until Anthony pointed it out. I was not greeted, but figured that maybe everyone hadn't got back from lunch yet (it was 1pm), so I cut her some slack there. I replied "No. I am interested to speak with one of your sales associates when someone is available". To this she said absolutely nothing. I could hear someone(s) in the back office, so I knew that they had people there, they just weren't interested in helping me. I waiting 5 more minutes and decided to leave. Not suprisingly they had no objection to this. Not only did the complete absence of customer service rub me the wrong way, it was also this feeling from the moment I stepped in the place that they weren't interested in my business.
