It needed 2 diamonds replaced and the bottom of it was starting to crack, which I didn't even know was happening until Anthony pointed it out. I was in the market for an engagment ring and decided to check out Mitchell's. After buzzing at…read morethe the door they unlocked it and I walked in to see one woman trying to fix some jewelry at the counter. I was not greeted, but figured that maybe everyone hadn't got back from lunch yet (it was 1pm), so I cut her some slack there. After waiting patiently for more than 5 minutes the lady finally said harshly "Are you here to pick up?". I replied "No. I am interested to speak with one of your sales associates when someone is available". To this she said absolutely nothing. I could hear someone(s) in the back office, so I knew that they had people there, they just weren't interested in helping me. I waiting 5 more minutes and decided to leave. Not suprisingly they had no objection to this. Not only did the complete absence of customer service rub me the wrong way, it was also this feeling from the moment I stepped in the place that they weren't interested in my business.
