Sadly this isn't a great review. My mom decided to come here prior to the pandemic starting to help me get my couch fixed after our dogs ripped up the fabric on it, and after speaking with the older lady who works here she said it wouldn't be an issue. She said she would be able to provide us with a few sample swatches for the couch, but needed us to pay for them right off the bat. We should've known something was a little sketchy then, but figured that might be standard practice for an upholstery business. Regardless, my mom wrote a check for around $100 to cover the cost of the swatches. A little pricey, but we figured it was justifiable as it was for a local business. Like I said, we did this over a year ago at this point, as we went before the lockdown started. They immediately cashed her check, and told us it could take up to a month for her to get in the swatches. We waited and waited, after three months we decided to check up to see where the swatches were. The business owner said she was having trouble due to her husband needing hospice care along with the pandemic being crazy for them, and we were more than understanding. My mom even tried to find them hospice care as that is what she does for work, and the lady seemed excited but didn't end up getting any help. It has now been over a year and we still haven't received anything from them, and everytime we go in, she says they are still working on it. At this point it's starting to feel like a scam, as she cashed in our check without an issue but cannot provide us with swatches after a year. I would highly recommend not going here read more
