LA is such a talented craftswoman with a real passion for her work, which ranges from woodworking and restoring antique pieces to reupholstering furniture (and much more I'm sure). Our pieces look better than ever, and LA's attention to detail is incredible! Invoicing (50% deposit and 50% upon completion prior to delivery) is simple and paperless via Intuit Quickbooks and scheduling was a breeze thanks to Adia in customer service. I don't think Michael is inexpensive, but I do think he is fair. To give you an idea, he estimated to repad and recover an antique rocker bottom (his leather) would cost $150, but when I went to write the check, he said it would be $85. He said it didn't take as much time as he thought it would. How is that for fair?! Michael is extremely nice and will tell you upfront if he can do the job and what it will cost.
