She worked on my hair meticulously for an hour and 15 minutes and angled and thinned it absolutely perfectly!!! Best haircut I've ever gotten! One tip for anyone who goes- I should have booked it as a "transformation haircut" because I was changing the look of my hair so much. So I reached out to Derek via yelp messages. His responses were timely & he was easy to deal with so I made an appointment. I arrived Saturday morning and was greeted with smiling faces & a warm welcome (hard to come by at 8:30am right?) ok so everyone loves a good shampoo right? I'm talking massaging scalp with just enough pressure to relax even the most high strung person (yes that's me ‍) His assistant washed the hell out of my hair in the most relaxing, thank you for my piece of zen way!!! After his assistant was done, the wait time to Derek's chair wasn't bad. Good music playing, great convo made it a breeze. Upon getting in the chair looking like a lion from getting my hair blown out, Derek transformed my animalistic mane back to something beyond human. My hair was simply amazing!
