While you can buy a bottle of wine and go, I highly suggest staying and enjoying it in the wine bar. There are abundant tables in this open, airy space and there will certainly be room for you and your friends. It never gets too noisy, so you won't have a problem enjoying a conversation. I understand it was a busy night, but there was very little sense of urgency from him, and wait times felt longer than they should have been--even factoring in the crowd.
