Fantastic local small business! We were referred to The Rug Bug from our property manager as an economical alternative to the big chain companies. Great price, even for a three story condo with multiple sets of carpeted stairs. Also, I love that they steam clean without using chemicals that could leave residue. They were on time and communicated with me when they were close to the house, since I was not waiting there, but meeting up with them for a move-out carpet cleaning. I am so impressed with this company! Jeff and his assistant Mason did an amazing job on my tile floors including the stairs. I could see the tile was dirty but it wasn't until lifting the 2 large area rugs that I saw the difference between the covered up tile and the areas we walk on daily (and our 70# dog) The tile looks like it did the day it was installed! I could not be any happier with a carpet cleaning service. If you are looking for a business that knows how to take care of its customers, look no further. I have used Rug Bug on three occasions and am continually impressed with their professionalism. A few months back I sought their services after my elderly father got blood on the carpet in his duplex. They attempted to remove the stains but waived the fees after they were unable to completely remove them. I spoke with the owner and he said he waived the fees because he took a liking to my father. I told him he didn't have to that as I knew it was a gamble being blood and all. Although they were a little late to the scheduled appointment, they did a phenomenal job on cleaning our carpets and were super quick! I only paid $65 for the area of carpet that I I had cleaned which I had previous paid upwards of $200 for from Stanley Steamer. I wish I would have found them sooner! read more

Ive been using Rug Bug for 15 years! They're the best. I trust them in my home and they do great work. They've even come at a moments notice when we were out of town and our dog became ill on the house sitter. I called them from down south and they came that day...and again the next day :) Calling them now to schedule my summer carpet cleaning. My ma had their son (not sure if he is part of Rug Bug or not) out recently clean her tile floors and she was very happy. Byron and Sam came out today right on time (actually five minutes early) and got all my carpets--from the bedrooms to the living areas--looking like new. They removed stubborn stains and spills as well as melted candy and gum left behind by my kids. In addition, I've also relied on Rug Bug once for upholstery cleaning for a high quality, lightly used couch I bought on Craig's List. They are great! They were early and I like that! I had a sectional to clean and they did a wonderful job! Price was great too! They didn't water down the sectional. We used the Rug Bug because our property managers told us we had to when we were moving out. Our carpets were so dirty and gross and the Rug Bug guys made them look so good! We only wished we had known about them before we had ever had plans to move out, we used a different company a long time before and they were horrible.
