The bartender, Donna (I think that was her name), was friendly and attentive. I only had a drink, so I'm not sure if they serve food--I'll have to check on that next time. It's also worth noting they offer free Wi-Fi and have several large TVs, which was a nice bonus. My coworkers, who had already been here a few times, all seemed to enjoy themselves again. There's even a footrest built into the bar so your feet aren't awkwardly dangling and purse hooks. Small touches are so appreciated! The food came out fast, which is always a win. As someone who's vegetarian and often eats vegan, the menu didn't have a ton of options for me, but I made it work. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes, and got the broccoli and coleslaw. Everything came out in under 20 minutes and it was honestly delicious. No joke. Not overpriced either, and the whole meal was only 600 calories--way better than some of the other heavy options on the menu. Of course, I wish there were more veggie or plant-based choices, but hey, it's Applebee's--I'm just grateful I found something tasty and satisfying.
