Used 1-800-flowers and I've used them numerous times and I've never had an issue. In fact pretty much all the orders in the past looked like the picture. Well not today. Not only is it Valentine's Day it's F ing COVID Valentines and the only job you all have you failed at. Flowers were broken and wilted and, to be honest, worse than gas station flowers. I was very disappointed. I reached out to 1-800-Flowers and they couldn't reach the florist, imagine that, so I was able to get 50 percent back and 20 off next order. The Lily's aren't oriental either because they have no smell, and one thing I know is Lily's. And it's just a bunch of fill just terrible. I hope you get what you want on Valentines Day because lord knows I'm not. Thanks Royal Kiosk for making Covid V Day Covid D Day. You all literally had one job, one job, and you F'd it up. read more

This business is part of FTD which they should have absolutely NO business being part of! They delivered flowers today to a well deserved friend and the flowers looked like crap, the flowers appeared to have been tossed in the vase, no bow , broken stems on flowers, some of the flowers were wilted, no flower food, and there were missing flowers. Not to mention to presentation of the delivery driver: appearance and lack of detail (you really should knock louder on doors at the residence and put the flowers on the door steps not several feet away!). Wish I could leave no stars. My husband ordered a large bouquet and balloon for my birthday. It just arrived and we are beyond pissed. The arrangement delivered was a small. The flowers are only on one side. We tried calling the number on the card... how about its a fax number! We called 1-800 Flowers and they apologized and will send a replacement tomorrow. That's a day late and a dollar short- Today is my birthday. He paid the extra for today. I made sure to mention the horrible reviews I found and they need to reconsider doing business with Royal Kiosk. This company is a rip off. They're getting paid and not providing items paid for. **Note ask about the company being used and do a quick search ** Raleigh and surrounding Wake County are you have been warned.. read more

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from FTD for which I paid over $100. The flowers were sent from Royal Kiosk and they were disgusting. It was a small basket of "flowers" and I use the term loosely and most of them were wilting. I tried to call Royal Kiosk and they only have a fax number. I called FTD and demanded my money back and told them they would be nuts to deal with a florist who gets such low reviews and sends out junk instead of the beautiful flowers in the FDT ads. Had I sent this to someone out of town and unable to see the flowers it would have been terrible for that person to think I would send that kind of garbage to them. Royal Kiosk should be ashamed to exploit people sending flowers they know are going to loved ones. read more

New flowers were delivered, but it took over a month for them to replace the flowers. The flowers were nice, but they should have delivered the correct flowers the first time instead having to deliver a flowers a second time. read more

I just want to say after a rough start with Royal Kiosk Flowers/ Florist there was a happy ending!! First.. I received a bouquet of flowers from them on 6/13 and I have to admit they were pretty rough looking it was late in the day so I tried to call the next day but got no answer, so after looking at them all weekend I tried to call first thing on Monday to let the owner know what I had received. If this were my business I wouldnt want it to go un noted after talking to her and sending pictures of what I had received (keeping in mind her florist is about 30 miles from my house) she Ms Doris was very understanding and needed to investigate why this had happened. She contacted me later that afternoon and assured me that I would be getting a replacement arrangement the next day. And Yes, the flowers are beautiful and full and I couldn't have been more happy. This company mis-delivered flowers to my home yesterday. I contacted them directly by phone because the intended recipient phone number printed on their card did not pick up. The woman who answered @ Royal Kiosk made me repeat myself several times and left it at "I will try to reach the driver..." I sent a follow-up email this morning. This evening the flowers are still on my porch. I sure do hope they had the courtesy/professionalism to actually deliver the intended recipient fresh flowers today. read more

1-800-Flowers order. The wrong arrangement was sent. Rather, a wrong non-arrangement was delivered. The flowers were mostly dead, mostly wrong flowers, all the wrong colors, wrong vase, no bow, and they were not arranged, just thrown into a vase. Like someone went to a convenience store, bought the worse arrangement they could fine, and stuffed in into any vase they had, and charged me $60 for it. This is not a florist. We moved to selma in the fall of 2013. So when valentines day came around 2014 I ordered flowers for my wife. I ordered early the 13th for delivery the 14th ( valentines day). The flowers weren't delivered til 830 that night, after we had already left for dinner that night. So she didn't get them til after 11pm when we made it home! This year 2015 thinking that last year had been a fluke, I made the mistake of ordering from them again! I'm writing this now as my wife is stewing in the bathroom, it's 7pm February 14th and still no flowers!! Will I ever order from them again? Never! And I'll spread this around over and over again! Very disappointed with the flowers. They are the cheapest flowers you can buy, the vase is cheap and they have a lot of ferns filling out the back instead of using flowers. Only 2 roses in the vase and they are small and brown with age. Mum petals crushed and some others drooping with age. read more

I used this company, I didn't know it was them, through an online company. The fruit basket had $10 worth of fruit when a $60 candy basket was ordered. And it was never delivered on time because it was Valentine's and it was busy. After all, who expects it to be busy on Valentine's, only people that deserve to be I. The business of flowers. My husband ordered flowers through 1-800-flowers for my retirement. This is the florist the order came though. Flowers were to be delivered on 1/29 and the address is a school that closes at 4pm. No flowers showed up for me. We call 1-800-flowers and are assured that the flowers were delivered at 6:45pm. Seriously?? We request that the flowers be delivered to our home on 1/30 after 12 noon. Again, no flowers arrive. At 7pm, husband calls 1-800-flowers and cancels the order altogether. On 1/31, flowers arrive in an unmarked van at 6:00pm, carnations broken and hanging. The card clearly states the correct school address and a delivery date of 1/29. Unacceptable, Royal Kiosk. Do not do business with this florist if you want your flowers to arrive intact and on time. I ordered flowers through FTD on line and this place was the florist that delivered the bouquet to my 17 year old grand daughter. Unfortunately, the lady that delivered the flowers was a smoker and the flowers reeked of cigarette smoke. Flowers are suppose to smell good, not stink.
