The best. A true cheesesteak is only as good as it's hoagie...and these are proper. Hands down. Staff is perfect for what you expect, they even have an air conditioned environment where you can eat that's well kept. BYOB, but not your own food because you don't need it. Only caveat is that they don't have provolone, but they still don't disappoint with their options read more

The Rose Bush is a food truck park with a wonderful variety of food truck options and cuisines. I tried the Philly Cheesesteak truck and Beyond Flavor which is a soul food category. The food at both trucks were pretty amazing! There was virtually no wait time to place orders when I went. And my orders were ready in5-10 minutes. The ambience is casual and family friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. For the sports lovers, there's televisions playing the football games when I went so you should really enjoy it. I'll definitely be going back to try some of the other cuisines. read more

When paying close to 22.00 for a cheese steak sandwich you'd think they get it right. Not once ,not twice ,this is the 3rd time I've tried these guys out hoping to get what I ordered the right way. This time they forgot to put banana peppers. I like them cooked in. I went back and was given a little cup of banana peppers and told It won't happen again. Well sir ...this is the 3rd time this has happened. Whether lts missing extra mushroom, lettuce and tomatoes or banana pepper, the expensive price I pay or how rude some can be boggles my mind. Just gimme what I pay for. Never will I go back and that sucks because it's right up the street. Benefit of doubt is what I give . I should've just got my money back . Did they offer that....of course not. Make me another cheessteak, nope . Done with place! read more

Came here for a friend's 40th Birthday party. Super cool venue with several food trucks out front and BYOB in the private party area. Capacity is around 50 people with enough room for a DJ and a small dance area. We had a great time and enjoyed the space. Would recommend checking out. read more

What a cool spot I found! There's tables inside and out, a little play ground for kids (even the grown up kids could swing there), jenga, and some food trucks. Each truck has their own type of food ... I saw seafood, turkey legs, chicken on a stick, and cheesesteak food truck. Unsure if these trucks rotate out, but I recommend you roll by and grab a bite read more

Recently celebrated my 30th birthday here with a twist. I hosted a mini woman's workshop where we did yoga (streamed from YouTube onto the TVs), ate great food catered from Malik's Phamous Phillys, a guest speaker, and arts and crafts at the end. Booking was easy and was able to reach out at any time with questions. Rob (owner of the Rose Bush) called me a week prior to the event to give me the details I needed to stream the video. Vince (manager at Malik's) was super helpful with the food order and with set-up. I was able to message them with my order the day before. They added a door to make the event space even more private from the public. We had our own restroom, plenty of space for decor and drinks, and even a separate table for sweets. Got so many compliments on the space. This is the place. read more

Third time I have been and I do believe I have the perfect order figured out. Large Bacon Ranch Philly with extra mozz on top and the Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries adding jalapeños. Son, that is a damn good meal! Don't show up without an appetite! You must go hungry and you must get both the sandwich and the fries. It is, in fact, a must! I'm not a real big food truck guy, but they do have indoor seating if you prefer that. Drink options are limited, but who cares? If you are go there for the perfect tea you've missed the point. Go for a gut busting cheat day when you seriously don't care about calories. You can bring your beer and wine. read more

This is a cool little spot. We arrived between lunch and dinner on a Saturday and there were two trucks open (a third opened as we were leaving). It's nice to be able to enjoy the trucks in a shaded lot. There's a building where they host private events that has a bathroom. read more

The venue is cute and it is spacious. You have a lot of potential for decor and they provide the tables and chairs which is a big plus. The down side is that there is a food truck lot right outside and the workers don't respect the venue being rented. We had people coming in and out wanting to 'look' and it was annoying. Then there is a man that I guess is supposed to stop uninvited guests but he let kids come in without parents to use the restroom then gaslit me (pregnant host) about me not wanting kids running in to use the venue restroom because it's "kids" but one was full of my makeup and extra clothes that I didn't want messed with and they obviously didn't know that. The venue has a lot of potential but if it's rented for x amount of time then it should be respected! read more

I had the opportunity to plan my nieces baby shower and I couldn't have selected a better venue. The location, modern decor and friendly staff made the day flow so smooth and everyone had an amazing time. Definitely plan to have other events here! read more

Small food truck on San Pedro. They have Malik's Philly cheesesteak and a rotation of trucks. We went on a Friday night expecting to also have Krab kingz as on option, but they were closed at 8pm. We were disappointed since we went specifically for them. The only food truck was Malik's and popsicle cart. They have outside and inside seating. Parking is limited. When we went, there was only a handful of people. It is BYOB. No outside water or non alcoholic drinks allowed. I don't know if I would return unless I was in the mood for Philly cheesesteaks. read more

We love hanging out at The Rose Bush! It's a fun casual setting with ample seating and a few food trucks. Our favorite is Krab Kingz - huge portions of crab legs with all the fixings for a reasonable price. They also have Malik's Philly Cheesesteaks which features delicious food and Italian Water Ice. We usually get a few items from each food truck and hang out with friends or family. read more

Malik's Philly's Phamous Cheesesteaks is an amazing food truck I personally love the Philly Cheesesteaks. The cheesesteaks I had over all time were very flavorful and the fries had many options I personally like the cheese fries with bacon. The scenery of the place is very nice for where it is located. The service was very nice and understanding. All the games to play outside were very fun to play with friends and family. I would definitely recommend going here read more

Love going to krab kingz the guys that work at this location are very friendly and helpful .My husband loves Malik's Philly cheese Truck love the atmosphere of the area very welcoming read more

I've seen flyers about The Rose Bush! We randomly decided to stop by. The parking wasn't difficult. Parking is on the street- DO NOT PARK at the vacant gas station next door, they will tow! The traffic was pretty slow tonight (Saturday)when we came. There were only 2 food trucks there. I was expecting more food trucks to be there. The area was pretty and very clean. Their biggest promotion was byob and wine! They have $2 buckets of ice available. The philly cheese steak was delicious. And came out very fast! Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable of what came in each item and offered up grades to each cheesesteak. We also had a cupcake from another food truck. Also, ERY delicious. The icing was thick and creamy. Something that I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy- but I loved it. This place seems like a cool hang out spot if you're from the area! Cool ambience! They had music playing and you can watch the game. But I wouldn't come back unless I knew there were more food truck options. read more

The Rose Bush - King crab corn sausage fresh shrimp had lots of left overs - Food Trucks Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

We had our party here and it was honestly the perfect venue! The only downside was that we couldn't bring anything but desserts or drinks unless we paid a fee, which I'm glad we paid because there was only one food truck open at the time of the party. I do wish the fine was a bit lower since it does seem unfair to have a fee if there's only one truck available. Either way it's a great spot and would highly recommend it. read more

Awesome little food truck spot! We had shrimp and crab legs with BYOB, the kids had fun on the playground and riding the little toys left out. Very nice patio and indoor seating and clean restrooms. Had a great time and will return! read more

Nice chill spot with 2 eating options (when we went) - Krab Kingz and Philly Phamous cheese steaks, both are superb. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor and there is even a play area for kids outside as well as adults. read more

The cheesesteak was awesome and the fries are amazing. The atmosphere has us going back there. We can be cool but also bring our kids. Although on our last visit, there were some boys teasing my son and blowing these loud whistles as they chased him out of the play area. The children were unruly and when someone asked where there parents were, they said working in the truck. After my son was knocked in the head twice by a bigger boy on a bike, we left and those kids kept bothering all that were there. So, enjoy the place, but watch your kids on the playground, cause the bullies own the place...for real! read more

This food truck Outdoor Venue is located next door to Mobile Massage King. Located on San Pedro at Rose Bush. The employees provide good customer service. The Cheese Steak Taste Amazing! The draw backs are long wait times. Parking is limited. So parking on side of street is only option. Don't Park Next Door, they will Tow vehicles. Give this place a chance. Most of the people here are happy with the food. It is a little pricier than expected. Philly's Phamous Cheesesteaks is a Top Pick Food Truck in San Antonio Texas. I will return again. Bring your apatite and bring your own wine or beer, which is allowed on premises. Has a Play Area for the children! Makes this location Family Friendly Atmosphere.
