Where do I begin? Foothills Acupuncture and Isaac White are nothing short of a miracle. I can…read moreconfidently say that Isaac's expertise in acupuncture, coupled with his mastery of cupping, bleeding, and other techniques, has transformed my life. Before discovering Foothills Acupuncture, I struggled with debilitating back pain that no medication, physical therapy, or massage therapy could alleviate. But Isaac's precise knowledge of acupuncture points and his gentle yet effective approach have provided me with relief I never thought possible. There are times that I'm in awful pain in my back region so much so that I struggle to get up and do basic things. Being in that situation can change your life making it worse in every way and the answer most doctors will give you is opiates which I'm trying to stay away from as they are highly addictive. I am sure most of you who are reading this are looking for relief in some way shape or form and sometimes feel hopeless, I've been in those situations where I just feel "I think I'm screwed" and it can lead further down the rabbit hole into depression or not fun thoughts. After a session with Isaac White that pain goes from a 10 to a 4 and I'm serious about how that alone is a game changer when it comes to daily activities. Sometimes pain can be debilitating and having somewhere to go that can help gives a lot of hope. What truly sets Isaac apart is his dedication to empowering his patients. Not only does he provide fantastic treatment, but he also takes the time to educate and guide you on how to manage your pain independently. Learning how to perform cupping myself under his guidance has been invaluable. I have been able to reduce pain myself from the education he has shared with me. Isaac's genuine compassion and unwavering commitment to healing shine through in every interaction. His words are not just comforting; they are a beacon of hope for anyone struggling with pain. Foothills Acupuncture is more than just a clinic; it's a sanctuary of healing, and Isaac White is its compassionate guardian. I am forever grateful for the relief and empowerment he has bestowed upon me. For veterans who are in the same situation when it comes to pain and have access to community care take the leap and try out this place it's a much better alternative to pain medication or surgery.

Isaac White has helped me significantly lower my pain from Parkinson's. I may require ongoing sessions (with less frequency) to maintain gains, since PD is a progressive disease. I eliminated my muscle relaxant and anti-inflammatory medicine as a result of acupuncture, and sleep longer with fewer awakenings. i recommend him and acupuncture for these aspects of PD.

She's calming, soothing, stabilizing, grounding, and a rock - on which to lean, for emotional / neurological / physical strength via the modalities she practices, because she's in control of both her time management, as well as her emotions/feelings. For instance, I have struggled getting out her way the past few months, and have regrettably arrived late a few times to my appointments, yet she doesn't rush me, yet she maintains her own boundaries, by communicating with me that my tardiness cannot impact her own flow, for her other clients, so she logically adjusts my time, to accommodate my tardiness, which I respect. My bad, that I'm working on, however - as she also knows - I've had intense & overwhelming matters in my life the past few months, since I met her, so I also appreciate her non-judgment, in parallel. One of the things I love most about Amy, is that she's trained as a Western medicine trained RN, while also being trained as a Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist, thus she's the rare find who can practice the "both" approach, I prefer. She's incredibly knowledgable, and her awareness of meridians and chi has already helped me through some unique medical matters of late, that I will not share, due to my own privacy. Given what I have going on now, I'm grateful I found her, as I'll need/want to lean on her more, to get through the next few hurdles, and I'm also grateful she has experience with my upcoming journey, so she can coach/guide me through it.
